O texto descreve os resultados de um estudo quase-experimental realizado durante dois anos no Policlínico Manicaragua para determinar o nível de conhecimentos do pessoal de enfermagem antes e depois de receber formação relacionada com os cuidados a doentes oncológicos terminais. Foram aplicadas entrevistas e testes de competência. Antes da intervenção, foram detectadas necessidades de competências e de desempenho profissional nos cuidados a doentes oncológicos terminais e, posteriormente, a maioria melhorou o seu desempenho.

Il testo descrive i risultati di uno studio quasi sperimentale condotto nell'arco di due anni presso il Policlínico Manicaragua per determinare il livello di conoscenza del personale infermieristico prima e dopo aver ricevuto una formazione relativa all'assistenza dei pazienti oncologici terminali. Sono state applicate interviste e test di competenza. Prima dell'intervento sono stati rilevati i bisogni di competenze e prestazioni professionali nell'assistenza ai pazienti oncologici terminali e la maggior parte di essi ha successivamente migliorato le proprie prestazioni.

Der Text beschreibt die Ergebnisse einer quasi-experimentellen Studie, die über einen Zeitraum von zwei Jahren im Policlínico Manicaragua durchgeführt wurde, um den Wissensstand des Pflegepersonals vor und nach einer Schulung zur Pflege von Krebspatienten im Endstadium zu ermitteln. Es wurden Interviews und Kompetenztests durchgeführt. Der Bedarf an Kompetenz und beruflicher Leistung bei der Pflege von Krebspatienten im Endstadium wurde vor der Intervention festgestellt, und die meisten von ihnen verbesserten anschließend ihre Leistung.

The text describes the results of a quasi-experimental study carried out during two years at the Policlínico Manicaragua to determine the level of knowledge of the nursing staff before and after receiving training related to the care of terminal oncology patients. Competence and professional performance needs were detected in the care of terminal oncology patients before the intervention, and subsequently, most of them improved their performance.

The text describes the results of a descriptive, longitudinal and quasi-experimental study with the purpose of determining the effectiveness of the application of ozone in neuroinfectious diabetic foot. The universe, constituted by 235 patients, was divided in two groups, the first one; study with 135 patients who are treated with Ozone by different ways in addition to the conventional treatment of the pathology, and the second one; control group with 100 patients who are applied antibiotic by parenteral and topical way, all coming from the Ozone Therapy Department of the University Hospital "Dr. Celestino Hernández Robau".

L'univers, composé de 235 patients, a été divisé en deux groupes, le premier, une étude avec 135 patients traités à l'ozone par différents moyens en plus du traitement conventionnel de la pathologie, et le second, un groupe de contrôle de 100 patients avec des antibiotiques appliqués par voie parentérale et topique, tous issus du département de thérapie par l'ozone de l'hôpital universitaire "Dr. Celestino Hernández Robau".

O universo, composto por 235 pacientes, foi dividido em dois grupos, o primeiro, um estudo com 135 pacientes tratados com ozono por diferentes meios, além do tratamento convencional da patologia, e o segundo, um grupo de controlo de 100 pacientes com antibióticos aplicados por via parentérica e tópica, todos do Departamento de Ozonoterapia do Hospital Universitário "Dr. Celestino Hernández Robau".

Der Text beschreibt die Ergebnisse einer deskriptiven, longitudinalen und quasi-experimentellen Studie mit dem Ziel, die Wirksamkeit der Anwendung von Ozon bei neuroinfektiösem diabetischem Fuß zu bestimmen. Das Universum, bestehend aus 235 Patienten, wurde in zwei Gruppen aufgeteilt, die erste, eine Studie mit 135 Patienten, die mit Ozon durch verschiedene Mittel zusätzlich zur konventionellen Behandlung der Pathologie behandelt wurden, und die zweite, eine Kontrollgruppe von 100 Patienten mit parenteral und topisch angewendeten Antibiotika, alle von der Abteilung für Ozontherapie des Universitätskrankenhauses "Dr. Celestino Hernández Robau".
