BIM in panel buildings' rehabilitation

Building Information Modeling (BIM) is suitable not only for new construction projects but it is desirable and applicable at case of building renovations as well. Therefore one of the main objectives of this book is to investigate a method how to apply BIM in general building recoveries focusing on the Planning and Design phases of these restoration activities. By the usage of this method a further specialized topic is also analysed, namely how to implement BIM especially at the case of panel buildings¿ rehabilitation using these structures¿ high architectural similarities.
