Biochemical and pathological studies in sodium arsenate treated mice

A detailed work made to find out the impact of sodium arsenate in the mammalian model albino mice. Hematological parameters like Red blood corpuscles (RBC) , Hemoglobin (HB), Packed cell volume (PCV), count decreased and White blood corpuscles (WBC) increased. carbohydrate count reduced in experimental animals. SDH levels were decreased, histological studies proved that there is a architectural alterations in tissue of Liver, Kidney, and muscle.
