Classical liberalism has typically sought to maintain as much room as possible for the exercise of personal initiative in the face of the encroachment of states. This book explores these questions of coercion and authority in the context of the size and scope of the state and argues that the state and its agents should be held to the same moral rules as are the individuals it rules over. The book considers how a distinct feature of the state is its police or coercive power, about which one may ask how the state acquires it and what if anything would justify its use. It considers the implication that there is nothing inherent about state agents that entitles one to behave in ways that we would not accept from a private actor, and how once that argument is made, the state's claim to authority is weakened. The author also discusses the extent to which democracy has been thought to provide any sort of justification for coercion or authority.  This book will be of interest to academics and students of political philosophy, especially classical liberalism, and legal philosophy.

This book has the merit of being the first book analysing different aspects of data taxation from a wide perspective encompassing not only tax law but also other significant issues related to data, such as data protection and economic inefficiencies. The main aim is to provide data-specific solutions to data-driven problems. In the midst of a number of critical issues and a great deal of uncertainty currently reigning in the field, the authors attempt to put forward easy-to-implement and efficient proposals on the basis of an interdisciplinary analysis. The core idea of this book consists of segregating the utilisation of data into four different yet interdependent steps and constructing the tax law analysis on top of these four corner stones. Step one, occurring in the generation and collection phases of the datäs life cycle, comprises ¿the digital barter¿ and other collection of data. Step two, taking place during the processing and analytics phasesof the datäs life cycle, consists of microwork. Step three, situated in the storage, processing, analytics and use phases of the datäs life cycle, encompasses aggregation and internal use of data. Step four, materialising during the distribution and use phases of the datäs life cycle, covers sale of data, transfer of data and granting the right to use a database. The main issues occurring in each of the four steps are analysed separately, and yet interdependently, with an emphasis on international tax law. The book also comprises a VAT analysis; suggestion of a new type of tax, namely «data collection tax»; and a brief opinion on a potential future «robo-data tax». The subjects explored in this book are of interest for researchers, lawyers as well as tax administrations. Albeit being an academic publication, the developments made in this contribution are also relevant for the general public. After all, data, the youngest intangible, constitute the raw material of the fourth industrial revolution; and their use and taxation affect each and every citizen!

Este estudio geográfico es un artículo de investigación que forma parte de la formación de los doctorandos. La pobreza siempre ha sido un obstáculo importante para el desarrollo de vastas zonas del mundo. Ha suscitado el interés de numerosos autores. Por ello, hemos centrado nuestra reflexión en la pobreza. Tras las numerosas crisis socioeconómicas que ha sufrido, Costa de Marfil se enfrenta a una pobreza generalizada entre su población, con una tasa del 46,3% en 2015. En los pueblos de Bendekouassikro, Minankro y Kongodekro, en la comuna de Bouaké, la tasa de pobreza general del 36% predomina sobre la tasa de pobreza extrema del 30%, según las encuestas sobre el terreno.Ante esta situación, este artículo se propone analizar los indicadores socioeconómicos para identificar las características de la pobreza en los pueblos mencionados de la comuna de Bouaké.

In den Ländern der sich entwickelnden Volkswirtschaften ist dies eine ernste Hervorhebung einer Reihe von ernsten Problemen, für die die Geschäftsbanken der Zentralbank in der Republik Usbekistan Maßnahmen ergreifen. Insbesondere gibt es eine steigende Tendenz der überfälligen Kredite im Gesamtvolumen der Krediteinlagen einer Reihe von kleinen und mittleren Geschäftsbanken unserer Republik.

La estabilidad económica se ha mantenido a nivel de nuestra sociedad gracias a la avanzada política de nuestro Estado independiente, que es financieramente, monetariamente acreditado.Uno de los principales pilares sobre los que descansa la economía de cualquier país es el sistema económico bancario.Pero hay algunos problemas en el sistema bancario. En los países de las economías en desarrollo, se trata de una grave puesta de relieve de una serie de graves problemas que los bancos comerciales del Banco Central están tomando medidas para la República de Uzbekistán. En particular, hay una tendencia creciente de los préstamos vencidos en el volumen total de los depósitos de crédito de una serie de pequeños y medianos bancos comerciales de nuestra República.

So haben wir unsere Überlegungen im Rahmen der Armut ausgerichtet. Die Elfenbeinküste ist nach mehreren sozioökonomischen Krisen, die sie durchlebt hat, mit einer weit verbreiteten Armut ihrer Bevölkerung konfrontiert, die 2015 bei 46,3 % lag. In den Dörfern Bendekouassikro, Minankro und Kongodekro der Gemeinde Bouaké überwiegt die allgemeine Armutsquote von 36% gegenüber der extremen Armutsform, die laut Feldforschung 30% beträgt.Angesichts dieser Situation sollen im vorliegenden Artikel die sozioökonomischen Indikatoren analysiert werden, um die Merkmale der Armut in den genannten Dörfern der Gemeinde Bouaké zu ermitteln.
