Die Monographie des ungarischen Wirtschaftswissenschaftlers György Szymon Jr. analysiert die wichtigsten Prozesse der Nachkriegsentwicklung Russlands, in deren Verlauf das Land von einer sowjetischen Mobilisierungswirtschaft zu einer postsowjetischen Marktwirtschaft übergehen musste. Der theoretische Rahmen seiner Studie umfasst neben den Werken der Klassiker des Marxismus-Leninismus auch die wichtigsten Postulate der neoklassischen und endogenen Theorien des Wirtschaftswachstums. Die ökonometrischen Analysen wurden in erster Linie mit Hilfe eines allgemeinen oder weltweiten Modells durchgeführt, das auf der Grundlage statistischer Daten aus 131 Ländern, einschließlich der ehemaligen UdSSR, erstellt wurde. Dieses endogene Modell vom Typ Caldorov berücksichtigt nicht nur das Sach- und Humankapital, sondern auch die Zeit als Ereignisraum kreativer Wirtschaftstätigkeit. Damit konnte der Autor feststellen, dass in der Zeit nach 1950 die totale Faktoreffizienz der russischen Wirtschaft nicht wesentlich vom Weltniveau abwich und ihre Entwicklung im Allgemeinen den internationalen Standards entsprach. Besonderes Augenmerk wird in der Monographie auf die wirtschaftlichen Probleme des postsowjetischen Russlands und seine Rolle in den Integrationsprozessen innerhalb der Gemeinschaft Unabhängiger Staaten gelegt.

El estudio empírico consta de dos partes. En la primera se mide la eficiencia relativa de las sucursales de uno de los principales bancos macedonios utilizando el método no paramétrico del Análisis Envolvente de Datos (DEA). En la segunda parte, se realiza una clasificación de las sucursales del banco mediante el método de toma de decisiones multicriterio (MCDM) Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). Los modelos desarrollados se resuelven mediante herramientas informáticas, y los resultados obtenidos se analizan e interpretan de forma sencilla para que puedan ser entendidos por personas no expertas en matemáticas. Los resultados proporcionan información especialmente valiosa para la gestión del banco (se identifican las sucursales relativamente eficientes e ineficientes, se puede observar la tendencia, se presenta el ranking de las sucursales-ciudad y, realizando un análisis sensible, se determina que el ranking es estable). En los modelos elaborados se incorporan los conocimientos de los encuestados expertos en banca, lo que contribuye al éxito del estudio. Los resultados obtenidos se presentaron e interpretaron en el banco y se corresponden con la situación real y las percepciones de la dirección.

Entre as questões que permanecem sem resposta está a da eficácia da melhoria das propriedades físico-químicas do solo, em particular a evolução dos elementos de fertilidade e o armazenamento de carbono orgânico no solo.Foram efectuadas investigações em quatro tipos de agrossistemas na exploração agroflorestal Pharmakina, em Kagheri, na região de Lubero, a fim de avaliar a contribuição dos agrossistemas para melhorar a fertilidade dos solos franco-arenosos, sequestrar o carbono orgânico do solo e melhorar os rendimentos da Cinchona ledgeriana na região de Lubero.Foram colhidas amostras de solo dos 30 cm superiores do solo para determinação da granulometria e dos parâmetros físico-químicos. Foram efectuadas observações sobre os parâmetros dendrométricos (espessura e circunferência).

AbstractAgrosystems combining Cinchona ledgeriana with plant cover based on Prunus africana, Maesopsis eminii and other agroforestry species suffer from a lack of convincing scientific arguments for their evaluation. Among the questions still unanswered is that of the efficiency of the improvement in soil physicochemical properties, in particular changes in fertility and soil organic carbon storage.Investigations were carried out on four types of agrosystems on the Pharmakina agroforestry farm at Kagheri in the Lubero region, in order to assess the contribution of agrosystems to improving the fertility of sandy loam soils, sequestering soil organic carbon and improving the yield of Cinchona ledgeriana in the Lubero region.Soil samples were taken from the top 30 cm of the soil for granulometry and physicochemical parameters. Observations were made on dendrometric parameters (thickness and circumference).

O estudo empírico é composto por duas partes. Na primeira parte, a eficiência relativa das sucursais de um dos principais bancos macedónios é medida utilizando a abordagem não paramétrica da Análise de Envoltória de Dados (DEA). Na segunda parte, é efectuada uma classificação das sucursais do banco na cidade, utilizando o método de tomada de decisão multicritério (MCDM) Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). Os modelos desenvolvidos são resolvidos através de ferramentas de software e os resultados obtidos são analisados e interpretados de uma forma simples, de modo a serem compreendidos por não especialistas em matemática. Os resultados fornecem informações especialmente valiosas para a gestão do banco (as agências relativamente eficientes e ineficientes são identificadas, a tendência pode ser observada, a classificação das cidades-agências é apresentada e, ao efetuar uma análise sensível, determina-se que a classificação é estável). Nos modelos desenvolvidos, é incorporado o conhecimento dos inquiridos, que são especialistas na área bancária, contribuindo assim para o sucesso do estudo. Os resultados obtidos foram apresentados e interpretados no banco e correspondem à situação real e às percepções da direção.
