There is a growing trend to utilize plant extracts compounds as corrosion inhibitor. Corrosion Inhibition of Aluminium in Hydrochloric acid (HCl) by extract of Rose,Marigold and Mustard seeds have been studied using weight loss measurement technique at 35oC. Characterization of green extract was carried out using FT-IR technique. Results confirmed that the extract of Rose, Marigold and Mustard seeds inhibited the acid induced corrosion of Aluminium. The inhibition efficiency increases with increases in concentration of the extract.
