Effects of corporate governance mechanisms on organisational performan

This research work titled ¿Effects of corporate governance mechanism on organisational performance¿ using as case studies were divided into five chapters. Chapter one is the overview to study. It comprised of sub-headings such as the background of the study, objectives of the study, statement of the problem, research questions and hypothesis, significance of study as well as the scope and limitation of the study and definition of operational terms. Chapter two is the literature review. Here a study of the related works of scholars and writers on the topic of the study was considered into the conceptual and theoretical framework and empirical evidence. In chapter three, the details of the research methods used in the study were also considered. These include the sources of data, the research design, research instrument, population, sampling procedure, sample size and method of data analysis used. Chapter four covered the data presentation, analysis and interpretation. Here the data gathered are from the audited annual report spanning ten years (2006-2015), were analysed, presented and discussed according to the research questions and the hypothesis tested.
