French Kitchen Lessons

In 2010, Cat and her husband left their jobs in Seattle, packed up their house and their three kids, and moved to Normandy, France. After much looking, they found a run-down, rambling farmhouse, which they named Rabbit Hill in honor of the many rabbit families living on the property. With recipes that follow the seasons and range from traditional French to those with modern twists, inspired by the French market- to-table tradition and growing a kitchen potager.
