From Heartache to Joy

Her sadness was leaking out like a faucet that just wouldn't stop dripping.
After losing her mom, dad, brother, mother-in-law, two horses, three dogs, and three cats over just a few years she had a lot of suppressed grief. Tricia went about her life thinking that she was happy - after all, she was generally a happy person - but somehow her spark was gone, and she didn't even know it.
She attended a conference where the people nicknamed her "Eeyore" (the sad donkey character from Winnie the Pooh). Soon after she had a pivotal experience… and now people call her "the Cheshire Cat".
Like Tricia, many of us experience grief, fear, struggle, lack, and ill health. But it isn't necessary to stay in those conditions. These incidents in our lives are really in divine perfection. If we only knew how to let go of the struggle.
