Genetic Variability, Correlation and Path Analysis in Sesame

The primary objective of present investigation was to assess the level of genetic variation, correlation, and path analysis of traits related to seed yield and yield contributing characters in Sesame (Sesamum indicum L.). The study utilized a set of thirty diverse elite sesame genotypes, including one check, which were planted in a Randomized Block Design with three replications during the 2022-23 summer season at Experimental Farm of AICRP on Safflower, Vasantrao Naik Marathwada Krishi Vidyapeeth, Parbhani (Maharashtra).
