Grandkids as Gurus

When her first grandkids were born, Susan Lebel Young dreamed about what an awesome grandparent she would be. As a retired psychotherapist, a mindfulness coach and yoga teacher, she knew she was prepared for this role. She would teach them how to be kind, considerate, and patient. Her plan didn't work. Instead, Young found that the grandkids taught her.
