This is a true story based on the author's personal experiences. She is a young woman just graduated from the university, trying to make it from day to day unemployed. A friend of hers reveals that she is a medium channeling a spirit called Uranus, and the author decides to ask for a sitting in order to discuss the difficulties of life with the spirit. The discussion leads to the foundation of a spiritual growth group, the goal of which is self-transformation through the teachings and practical exercises of Uranus. The teachings of Uranus combine in a unique way the wisdom of the spirit world with contemporary psychological techniques. There are plenty of practical exercises in the book that are completely safe for everyone. At the end of the book, Uranus also gives instructions on how to form a growth group of one's own.
