E tanulmány a 36. Országos Tudományos Diákköri Konferencia versenydolgozata volt, célja, hogy bemutassa az olvasónak a nemzetközi jogban ismeretes fenntartás intézményét, és annak emberi jogi vetületét. Az emberi jogokat deklaráló nemzetközi egyezmények az Egyesült Nemzetek Szervezetének (ENSZ) égisze alatt jöttek létre. Az egyezményeket az ENSZ valamennyi tagállam aláírta, és implementálta a bels¿ jogába. A fenntartás intézménye megengedi az államoknak, hogy a szerz¿dés egyes rendelkezéseit módosítsák, és/vagy kizárják. Ennek következtében látható, hogy sok állam az egyezményben foglalt jogok közül többet kizárt vagy éppen módosított, így sok államban a legalapvet¿bb emberi jogok kerültek kizárásra. Probléma merül fel azokban a közel-keleti országokban, ahol a vallási hivatkozással nem ismerik el e jogokat, ennek következtében az emberi jogok globális minimum szintje kifejezetten alacsony. Azonban, a fenntartással szemben az államok kifogásokat emelhetnek, viszont e kifogások csupán a fenntartást tev¿ és kifogást emel¿ állam viszonylatában hatályosulnak. Egyik államot sem lehet arra kényszeríteni, hogy nyilatkozatát visszavonja, hiszen szuverenitásuk nem nagyobb a másikénál.

His influence and dedication earned him respect and recognition within the Islamic scholarly community.Shaik Sadaqathullah visited Delhi and had literary discussions with some of the Arabs, which were very much appreciated by those who were present in that assembly. The emperor Aurangzeb, on hearing his erudite scholarship in theology, offered him in 1109 A.H. the post of ¿¿¿¿ ¿¿¿¿¿¿ which he declined and when the emperor pressed for its acceptance again, he requested him to appoint his son Shaik Muhammad Labbai Alim as the chief justice of South India.Shaikh Sadaqathullah went on pilgrimage to Mecca and stayed in the holy places for two years. The Arabic knowing people were very much impressed of his erudite scholarship in theology, jurisprudence and mysticism and of his command over the Arabic language.

A tényt, miszerint a gazdaság térben létezik, sokáig maga a közgazdaságtan tudománya sem vette tudomásul, hiszen a térrel és távolsággal gazdasági szempontból foglalkozó regionális gazdaságtan körülbelül a XX.század közepén alakult ki. Ezen tudomány egyik kiemelked¿en fontos területe a telephelyhelyválasztás és az ezekhez kapcsolódó elméletek vizsgálata. Egy telephelyválasztási döntés minden vállalkozás és multinacionális vállalat életében kiemelked¿ jelent¿séggel bír, mivel nagyban befolyásolják a gazdálkodó szervezet versenyképességét és a sikeres m¿ködést. A szakirodalmi kutatások eredményeit átültettem a gyakorlatba, amivel egy amerikai multinacionális vállalat magyarországi logisztikai központjának a telephelyb¿vítését segítettem.

Els¿ként az a tény, hogy éveket dolgoztam a hajléktalan ellátásban, és személyes tapasztalatom, hogy a pszichiátriai betegséggel szenved¿ hajléktalanok a rendszerben egyre jelent¿sebb számban jelennek meg. Szerettem volna képet kapni azzal kapcsolatban, hogy a hajléktalan ellátás hogyan tudja a pszichiátriai betegeket megfelel¿en kezelni, ellátni annak tükrében, hogy nem ez a f¿ profilja az intézményeknek.Mindkét csoport ki van téve a társadalom stigmatizációjának, mely meggátolja mindkét csoportot saját problémáinak, betegségének belátásában, kezelésében/megoldásában, mely alapvet¿en összekapcsolható a két közösséggel foglalkozó, ¿ket segít¿ szakemberek profiljában.Az évek alatt valamelyest megismertem, beleláttam a segít¿ szakmába és annak hiányosságaiba, ezért mertem feszegetni egy els¿sorban szociológiai, politikai és egészségügyi területet érint¿ témát. Dolgozatom 2023-ban az Országos Tudományos Diákköri Konferencián különdíjban részesült Társadalomtudományi szekcióban.

A tudásgazdaságban kulcsszerephez jutó tényez¿k, mint a hozzáadott érték növekedése, az innováció vagy az együttm¿ködések megvalósítása gyenge területnek nevezhet¿k, pedig ezek a faktorok a tudásmenedzsment sarokköveit képezik. Könyvem témája három magyarországi KKV tudásmenedzsment-rendszereinek feltérképezésén alapul. A kutatás a szervezeteknél megvalósult gyakorlatok alapján képet ad a szektor tudásmenedzsmenthez kapcsolódó ismereteir¿l, tapasztalatairól, a létez¿ stratégiákról, valamint azok élethosszig tartó tanuláshoz kapcsolódó felfogásáról. A könyv er¿s elméleti megalapozottságú, különböz¿ nemzetközi, alkalmazott tudásmenedzsment-modell alapjaira építve azonosítja a tudásmenedzsment-rendszerek alappilléreit, így a tudásalkotás, a folyamatok, a szervezeti kultúra és a technológiai tényez¿ket. Ezek a tényez¿k az empirikus kutatásban azonosított gyakorlatokkal, er¿sségekkel és hiányosságokkal, keretet adnak egy jól m¿köd¿ tudásmenedzsment- rendszer kialakításához vagy fejlesztéséhez.

He is credited with having written 50 books, mostly in Arabic and some in Urdu. 'Mukhtarat Min Adab al-Arab' is a collection of Arabic Prose selections by Abul Hasan Ali Nadwi. Maulana Muhammad Rabey Hasani Nadwi has written the book 'Manthurat Min Adab al-Arab' (The Literary Scatterings) which is a collection comprised of the literary texts, poems from the beginning of Islamic Period to Modern Period. In the manner of 'Mukhtarat Min Adab al-Arab' the book 'Manthurat' is presented. Rabey Nadwi has included in this book, the literary text of prose, poems with the religious and ethical values. It makes the representation of authentic litterateurs of Islamic history. The composition of the books "Manthurat Min Adab al-Arab" and 'Mukhtarat Min Adab al-Arab' are based on the framing of perfect course modules.

One of the most efficient among them we consider corpora approach, which has grown exponentially into corpusbased language studies and pedagogical materials. There¿s already a substantial body of corpus-based texts (medical as well) that can be an invaluable source for designing teaching materials.

Uslubiy qöllanmadan o'qituvchilar, magistrantlar va talabalar foydalanishi mumkin.

2006-óta véd¿n¿ként dolgozom. 2022-ben mentálhigiéné szakot végeztem, a szakmámat kiegészítve ezzel. Munkám végzése során rendszeresen baba-mama klubokat tartottam, ahol mindig a gyermek volt a fókuszban. Az évek alatt figyeltem fel arra, hogy az édesanyáknak milyen nagy igényük van a klubokban is az odafigyelésre, a ventilálás lehet¿ségére. A régi családmodell, mikor a nagyszül¿kkel élt a faital pár, megsz¿nt. Sok nagyszül¿ dolgozik, a fiatal anyák egyedül vannak otthon gyermekeikkel, sokszor egész nap nem tudnak kihez szólni. A baba-mama klubokban nagy feszültségekt¿l szabadulnak meg, hallva egymás problémáit, ami a sajátjuk is. Ezekb¿l a tapasztalatokból ötletelve rendeztem anya klubokat, melyekre az édesanyák gyerek nélkül jöhettek, kiszakadva ezzel a mindennapok egymásutániságából. A klubokban el¿térbe került a mozgás, n¿i torna, meseterápia és beszélgetés, mint feszültségoldó megoldások, mechanizmusok. A csoportoknak megtartó erejük volt, támogatták ¿k is egymást. A felmérésekb¿l kiderül, hogy az anyáknak szükségük van feltölt¿désre, kikapcsolódásra, mindez hozzásegíti ¿ket ahhoz, hogy nyugodtabban tudják feladataikat ellátni, a gyerekeket nevelni.

This work explores the significance of panegyrics on the Holy Prophet (PBUH) in the Arabic literature of Tamil Nadu, India. Panegyrics, known as al-Madaih al-Nabawiyyah, hold a prominent place in Islamic culture and express profound love, respect, and loyalty towards the Holy Prophet (PBUH). The article examines the historical background of panegyrics and their decline during the emergence of Islam. It discusses the poets who composed panegyrics in the presence of the Holy Prophet (PBUH) and their alignment with the decline of pagan poetry. Additionally, the article highlights the relationship between panegyrics and Sira (biography), their formalization, and their association with Islamic mysticism. It focuses on notable panegyric compositions by scholars from Tamil Nadu, discussing their themes and contributions to Arabic literature. The article concludes by emphasizing the diversity of styles and meanings found in prophetic panegyrics and their integration into Sufism.
