Today's world is entirely preoccupied with the influence of information technology on social relations, whether it's the increasingly intense use of the internet in the practice of contracts between individuals and companies, or the use of information technology in the field of public areas, such as tax, administrative and criminal relations, above all because new so-called "atypical" behaviours are emerging all the time. The Law, which regulates social facts, is in no way tied in knots when it comes to dealing with this problem, which is progressively added to by technology and which will not stop there, always renewing itself in the face of human needs. In this way, when the Judiciary is faced with unusual situations arising from the consequences of technology and, in particular, the internet, it finds itself on the brink of an abyss due to the speed with which problems arise. In this simple book, we have sought to demonstrate the need to accept new paradigms for resolving and protecting contracting parties, which is necessary if the reliability of such contracting is to be the same as that traditionally practised, with guaranteed security.

A decade after the promulgation of the Political Constitution of the State on February 7, 2009, the process of constitutionalization of the Bolivian legal system has shown lights and shadows. This situation has prevented the effective materialization of the catalog of fundamental rights. This research work analyzes the role of the Plurinational Constitutional Tribunal in the materialization of fundamental rights and in the optimization of the constitutionalization of the legal system. Thus, it examines the bases established by the 2009 Constitution to determine the degree of constitutionalization it allows. It also analyzes the resolutions of the Plurinational Constitutional Tribunal to establish to what extent they promote the phenomenon of the irradiation of the Constitution. The paper concludes that the 2009 Constitution sets the conditions for a high degree of constitutionalization of the Bolivian legal system. However, the brief resolutions of the Plurinational Constitutional Tribunal generate limitations to the materialization of fundamental rights, which undermines the constitutionalization process.

The constant evolution of machinery and equipment has caused great concern for the country's sustainable development. More and more industries, greater use of fossil fuels and, consequently, greater wear and tear on the environment. In view of the rapid advance of technology and the environmental impact it can have, this study aims to implement energy efficiency measures in a way that does not harm the environment, promoting a better quality of life. It is in this context that this project is an alternative way of producing electricity in an innovative way. The project consists of a Stirling engine that, coupled with a parabolic reflector antenna, is able to concentrate the sun's rays on a single point of the engine, the hot chamber. This makes it possible to generate a temperature difference between the two chambers and transform the solar energy captured into mechanical energy. Through the dynamo connected to the motor, this mechanical energy is transformed into electrical energy in a clean and sustainable way.

The world is constantly changing and not adapting to them would interrupt its own progress since they are all interrelated by media, services or people; it is important not to remain in a bubble and apply those changes that the world presents but choosing the ones that best suit and for that the importance of managing changes correctly using tools for each type of change.

Obesity is a chronic disease, characterised by an excessive increase in body fat, which has a multifactorial aetiology including factors related to excessive intake of unhealthy foods, progressive reduction in physical activity, genetic, metabolic, social, behavioural and cultural factors Recently, the impact of obesity on male fertility has raised public interest in understanding the processes underlying this problem and, in this way, minimising harmful alterations to sexual function, such as erectile dysfunction. Erectile dysfunction is defined as the constant inability to achieve and/or maintain a penile erection sufficient for sexual satisfaction and is one of the health problems most feared by men. From a therapeutic point of view, it is possible to reverse this situation through surgical procedures, the use of devices that promote erection by vacuum, hormone replacement and the use of an arsenal of medicines. In this book, discover the pathophysiological interface between obesity and erectile dysfunction.

Stem cells are defined as cells that have the potential for self-renewal, multiplication and differentiation into various cell types, acting in tissue repair and even damage caused by the simple aging process or exposure to disease etiological agents. Biobanks are biorepositories that store stem cells for therapeutic or scientific purposes. Over the last 30 years, stem cell banks have been gaining space and growth in the face of advances in biotechnology. Today cell therapy is a reality in public and private institutions, these organizations that work with this innovative technology must pay attention to standardization methods in the use of mesenchymal stem cells, taking into account the origin of the tissue and the other steps of the production processes of the therapeutic input, for this reason, constant research regarding this new technology of regenerative medicine is extremely important.

Environmental education is an essential tool for the sustainable development of our country. But it's not always easy to work on in schools, as it requires ongoing activities and actions to effectively raise awareness among students, teachers and the entire school community. We need to change habits, and this change starts with each one of us. Do your bit and spread the word, be an agent of transformation.

In the quest for efficiency, greater economy and greater safety, the aeronautical industry, as well as the entire aviation sector, is entering a phase of major, progressive and inevitable modernisation of its equipment. The new perspectives leverage the use of technologically advanced aircraft (TAA) and demand new skills from pilots to use this automation. Different types of automation, at different levels, are requiring different forms of human-machine interaction and, as a result, new perspectives on the teaching-learning process for these pilots. There is also no point in drawing up a policy with broad, complex and modern concepts if its proposals are not made operational. A new educational paradigm deserves attention for the training of these pilots.

In the Spanish-speaking world, it is impossible to find a research that ontologically interpellates logicity. In this sense, the work of Obdulio Banda Marroquín is interesting, but not only for its singularity, but also for the originality of its content and for its ideological independence: the author does not seek to couple himself parasitically to the ideology of some author in order to comment on it: no: his approach is free, autonomous, rebellious, insubordinable. It is necessary to be in tune with the youthful vigor and enthusiasm that emanate from its pages, in order to live the author's concerns.

The purpose of this research is to learn about the processes of women's organizations and claims in relation to access to land and different spaces for participation in the municipality of Cabrera Cundinamarca through oral history. Since Cabrera and in general the whole region of Sumapaz has a high historical transcendence in terms of the organization of the peasantry. All this with the need to know what are the different factors that influence the decision to organize, as well as to know what influence has the context and the people of this in their process of female empowerment and that subsequently makes them leaders of different processes in defense of the territory and also issues related to gender identity and all the debates that arise around this.

For more than a decade, human beings have tried with great care to shape nature to our liking, and have not achieved positive results, therefore we observe a path towards destruction, human beings do not remember the past nor project themselves into the future, simply live the present; we do not become aware of the other path of sustainable development, which offers us the conservation of planet Earth and the common welfare to future generations, through the change of attitudes and environmental beliefs that make possible the balance of the global ecosystem. The environmental problem in Peru has increased notably, due to the generalized crisis in this model of Constitutional and Democratic Rule of Law, which apart from being a simple label has not been able to solve the great problems of the National Educational System, with the purpose of generating formative values in the person and particularly in the students.

"Organic product certification is considered to be a device whose use makes it possible to assure consumers that the products offered follow organic quality attributes, guaranteeing that the classification and standardisation of agricultural activities in the production system are supported by regulations and standards, as well as respect and protection for the environment, human and animal welfare, and fair trade. The Participatory Guarantee System carries out a series of activities, all of which are participatory in nature, with the aim of guaranteeing whether or not the set of requirements laid down by law that guarantee organic quality have been met."

Cities are consolidated according to the dynamics and restructuring that arise in each process of human intervention, so they are in a constant physical change, these transformations are influenced according to the needs or trends of the population in each moment of development. Public facilities are a clear example of this, as structuring elements of social activities and the organisation of space, the facilities provide services to the community according to their different needs and become specific according to the transformations of society.

This work was carried out with the intention of determining the ways in which gossip can be found in literature, specifically in the work of the Argentinean writer Tomás Eloy Martínez. This question arises from my interest in making visible some mechanisms of everyday life that are immersed in all communicative formats; the book and literary creation cannot distance themselves from this, so it becomes a fundamental task to determine that orality, through everyday tools such as gossip, can feed the different forms of literature, including the novel, and with greater impact on the repertoire of a writer as important in the twentieth century as Tomás Eloy Martínez.

The work includes possibilities for application by government agencies such as government secretariats, and social organisations such as the Banco do Brasil Foundation, the Social Technologies Institute and others. The changes could be realised in the social, environmental and economic areas, especially involving disadvantaged communities in the Federal District. The potential scope and possibility of reapplication is the entire context of Brazil and even Latin America and Africa (emerging or developing nations).

The present study set out to determine the importance of satisfaction in certain areas (family life, place of residence, treatment of entourage, physical appearance, friends, health and school), on the perception of satisfaction with life in general of young women in Benin. It was carried out on the basis of a sample of 5905 young women aged 15 to 24 interviewed during the Multiple Indicator Cluster Survey (MICS) carried out in 2014, which included questions measuring the subjective happiness of young women and men in the 15-24 age bracket.

The advancement of technology that unquestionably makes us feel that it helps us to live more "fully" by enjoying music, the best shows and movies, controlling the heat or cold around us, by wearing more comfortable clothes, by having the best toys and entertainment games, is all related to chemistry. A world without chemistry would be devoid of these types of materials. But what is chemistry?

Professional orientation in higher education is a necessity and at the same time a complex problem not yet solved, especially if we analyze the work of the teacher to carry out this process. The general objective of this research is to propose an intervention program aimed at the preparation for the work of professional orientation of the teacher of the career of Educational Sciences, option Psychology, in the Higher Pedagogical School of Bié, Republic of Angola. From the most general method of scientific knowledge: the dialectical-materialist, the exploratory-descriptive type of study and with the use of theoretical, empirical and mathematical methods, a process of collective reflection from the practice was carried out, in which the researcher and the teachers were involved to give solution to the scientific problem of the research. From the results of the diagnosis, the determination of achievements and deficiencies, the work sessions and the implementation of different organizational forms, a scientific result emerged: the intervention program.

Sugarcane bioelectricity from sugarcane bagasse has the potential to become a leading energy source in the years to come, becoming an important pillar of Brazil's energy matrix, based on its advantages and the measures that can encourage this goal to be achieved. The general objective is to contribute to a new framework for refining the regulatory framework for Brazilian sugar-energy bioelectricity that facilitates the governance of its stakeholders and their respective relationships Despite the obstacles, the work demonstrates the advantages and offers elements that can benefit cogeneration, among others, a reduction or exemption from the Distribution System Use Tariff for generating energy from bagasse; freedom for full sales on the Free Energy Market, including small consumers; contractual simplification and solidification of financial compensation for the production of clean energy with a lower reduction in greenhouse gases. The work contributes theoretically to advancing the theoretical frameworks of business economics and competitiveness for practical application in competitive sustainability environments.

In today's globalized world, international migration is undoubtedly one of the most important issues, not only because of its social implications but also because of its impact on economic, cultural and political relations between societies. It is necessary to generate greater interest in the academic field to deepen the multidimensionality of the migratory phenomenon and generate knowledge inputs to address it positively. In the last twenty years, the international movement of people has grown exponentially, which has generated a diversification and complexity in the structuring of societies, both as receivers and generators of migrants. It has been pointed out that the flow of migrants comes mainly from southern or so-called developing countries, which is why it is necessary to understand this problem through a cross-cutting analysis of the processes of migration.

The business continuity in the organizations of the financial sector allows the entities to act and have the necessary controls and actions for the impacts that can generate incidents or events that affect them significantly, so having a mature continuity plan will be very important for organizations to be resilient and flexible in their business continuity strategies and their interaction with their entire business and context. The objectives are focused on carrying out an integral methodology of maturity evaluation of the banking entities, taking a step by step in which a documentary analysis was made to unify concepts and review regulations to understand the context and analysis of how to evaluate the maturity of the entities, in order to obtain a result that allows to propose improvement opportunities for the entities. The business continuity plan continues to be a very important topic and reference with priority for the companies, since more dynamics and relevance is now generated to these aspects that are linked to the companies in a direct way, and the dependence is such that the continuity plans determine an action.

In Venezuela, the incursion of technology from the basic education subsystem, through the Canaima Educational Project, specifically at the primary education level, suggests the entry of a school mass with previous knowledge in Information and Communication Technologies that will enable learning through innovative, interactive and dynamic strategies. In this sense, the Venezuelan University, particularly the UNEFA, Cojedes nucleus, must prepare itself to receive this group of students who from very early on have been trained in the use of technologies, requiring the revision of didactic strategies, particularly in the area of mathematics.

Jackfruit is rich in B vitamins, calcium, phosphorus and iron; the seeds are rich in protein, fibre and mineral salts. Experiments aimed at utilising waste in the food industry have been conducted in an attempt to meet nutritional needs and create value in waste materials. Germination is a processing technology that improves the nutritional quality of seeds. However, after the process the seeds have a high water content, which reduces their shelf life. In order to minimise metabolic activity and consequently increase shelf life, it is advisable to dehydrate these materials, which can then be turned into flours and used for human consumption, such as cakes, biscuits, breads, etc. Despite the commercial and nutritional potential, there are no studies available on the use or utilisation of germinated jackfruit seed flour, which is largely justified by the search for alternative nutritional sources and the use of important agricultural waste that is normally wasted.

The concept of sexual identity is a construct that has been installed in communities as a way of understanding diversity. It is composed of gender identity, gender role, biological sex and sexual orientation. Various theories explain how it is constructed and transformed through biological, social and affective processes. Within the active discourses, academics configure their sexual identity in the gender self-concept and maintain a relationship of tension between the personal and work worlds. On the professional level, academics must respond to the demands of the management, teaching, research and liaison dimensions, while on the personal level they must respond to their personal, social and emotional aspects. From the prescriptive discourses, the sexual identity of the subjects is understood from their gender self-concept, in which the roles and functions assumed by them are evaluated according to their efficiency, leaving underhandedly the self-esteem or authenticity of the subjects.

There are various laws and guiding documents drawn up by the Brazilian government and international organisations with the aim of guaranteeing the rights of people with disabilities, but resistance to accepting human diversity hinders inclusion. The Brazilian Law on the Inclusion of People with Disabilities, Law 13.146 of 6 July 2015, was created to give prominence to Legislative Decree No. 6.949 of 25 August 2009 of the International Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, to which Brazil is a signatory, as well as in response to calls from social groups seeking the effectiveness of public education policies in the country.

The present book consists of 13 chapters, made in parallel from my experiences, as well as a nourished sense of neurosciences, psychology, neurology, politics, economics, ecology, natural roles and theology, embracing the latter as his direction and meaning of life. The book is made in such a way that any reader can understand it without getting tired of reading it. Today the mind is a game of times, nothing you see is real, because life is more than an illusion (metaphorically speaking, and if it were quantum, it is possible) the human being lives that illusion which needs to understand the past understand the present and project and imagine the future without these illusions would sink into uncertainty anxiety and stress. The result of our life is the product of the imagination of each lived experience, each person known, each face remembered, each object observed, influences the brain because it does not build reality, but builds our experiences of reality and to a certain extent invents it. That is why it is concluded that, "the brain does not distinguish the real from the imaginary, the brain simply creates it".

Systemic inflammatory and autoimmune diseases are a heterogeneous group of immune-mediated disorders. They are characterized by a high degree of clinical polymorphism, and can begin at an early age. He wonders why it is so difficult to accept the other as other, and with whom we must come to terms without seeking to transform him or her into another self. While hoping to see his society organize itself to demand from its leaders a living situation worthy of the human being, the author implores teachers to constitute the WE model from which others must follow, for teachers are the symbol of the light that must lead the human being. He calls on the various categories of elite in his homeland to assume their responsibilities by playing their elite role properly, so that life can return to his beloved Haiti.

The provision of specialized nursing care in palliative care aims, among other things, to help relieve the suffering of the sick person. In order to achieve this goal, it is essential to assess the individual's experience of suffering and build a care plan adapted to the uniqueness and complexity of each person. This gave rise to the research problem and the decision was made to carry out a review. This work recognizes the importance of the role of the specialist nurse in caring for people in a palliative situation in a palliative care unit, from the process of identifying the needs of the family/caregivers, to planning and carrying out interventions designed to relieve suffering, promote comfort, well-being and quality of life.The importance of specialized professional training for the development and consolidation of skills, which represent the basis for a path of improvement and permanent adaptation to a constantly changing context, is highlighted.
