Mobbing or harassment at work is a subject of great importance for many reasons, among them the legal right that is violated when it occurs and also because it is a new, debatable and susceptible subject that can be analysed from different points of view. By means of mobbing, the personality is affected in its spiritual aspect, it has repercussions on inter-work relations and the personal rights of the workers. This derivation of workplace violence is increasingly affecting more and more people who are trying to find answers in a legal system that for the time being only offers protection alternatives, as Marina Parés Soliva, 2008, states. The aim of this work is to find out the causes and conceptual meaning of this phenomenon at work, to detect the profiles of both the harasser and the harassed, and to find out their language as a tool for detecting it.

This study, entitled "Contribution à une urbanisation harmonieuse d'une ville secondaire : projet de lotissement dans le quartier Boulali (Commune d'Anié 1 -Togo)" (Contribution to the harmonious urbanization of a secondary town: subdivision project in the Boulali district (Commune d'Anié 1 -Togo)) aims to implement a subdivision project in the Boulali district in order to provide a positive response to the town's high housing demand. The United States has made Israel one of its most important strategic partners in the world. Initially, the relationship was based on the containment of communism and the Soviet Union in the region. Today, the bilateral relationship encompasses - among other things - political and military interests: the containment of radical Islamism, perceived by both states as a permanent threat, requires extensive economic and arms cooperation. To sustain such spending - which accounts for one-fifth of the US annual humanitarian aid budget - a powerful pro-Israeli lobby has been consolidated and has largely influenced US foreign policy. A judicious analysis of the way in which the relationship between the two states functions therefore requires taking into account both domestic factors, such as institutions and cultural strategy, and systemic factors, such as the very sustainability of the international system. In this paper we recover a set of inquiries to understand the practices, meanings and realities of certain youth groups inscribed in contexts of urban poverty. Particularly, we have taken as a case study those subjects identified as "young people from the corner", a category that appears in the common sense representations associated with delinquency, drugs, vagrancy, etc. However, our purpose to interpret the ways of being, doing and meaning that these youth groups assume, reveals the interest in exploring and knowing more deeply these social groups in their own daily experiences and in the spaces through which they circulate, inhabit and dispute within their communities. In this book, the articulation between youth, poverty and public space is approached from the observations of some identity constructions of poor young people have self-endowed, where places such as squares, kiosks and corners acquired visibility and meaning for them, but that have caused a tense relationship with their social environment, mainly with the institutional adult world.

This geographic study is a research article that forms part of the training program for doctoral students. It's a real intellectual adventure that reinforces the student's skills of reflection, autonomy, analysis and writing. Poverty has always been a major constraint to development in vast areas of the world. It has aroused the interest of many authors. That's why we've focused our thinking on poverty. Following the socio-economic crises it has experienced, Côte d'Ivoire is faced with widespread poverty among its population, with a rate of 46.3% in 2015. In the villages of Bendekouassikro, Minankro and Kongodekro in the commune of Bouaké, the general poverty rate of 36% predominates over the extreme poverty rate of 30%, according to field surveys.In view of this situation, this article analyzes socio-economic indicators to identify the characteristics of poverty in the aforementioned villages in the Bouaké commune.

Occupational health nursing is one of the most important areas of health care. Nurses play an indispensable role in organisations, providing care and helping to prevent accidents at work and occupational illnesses, since their work ranges from the prevention of occupational illnesses to accidents at work. In view of this, the purpose of this book is to discuss, based on a bibliographical survey, the duties and contributions of occupational health nurses in the context of stress in managerial roles.

Global warming has serious consequences for the environment and life on the planet, such as rising sea levels, melting glaciers, altered weather patterns, loss of biodiversity, ocean acidification and an increase in extreme weather events. To mitigate global warming, it is necessary to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and adopt measures to adapt to climate change. This research conducted a characterization of the global mean temperature change variable, a normality test was applied to the data using the Shapiro Wilk analysis, and it was found that the global mean temperature change deviates slowly from the mean, The future projection using the least squares model year by year from 2023 to 2030 gave as a result that in 2024 the temperature of the planet will be at 1.3 °C and will increase until 2030 up to 1.5 °C resulting in, among many anomalies, loss of biodiversity, death of almost all the coral reefs, in summer the Arctic would have no ice, increase of the sea level by 40 meters.

The mission of the Urban Culture Observatory attached to the District Institute of Culture and Tourism of Bogota is to promote, in the light of culture, research and periodic and systematized monitoring and dissemination of significant, strategic and priority urban phenomena for the understanding of the city, related to the behavior and attitudes of citizens, in order to contribute and guide public management policies and ethno-citizen actions that lead to the improvement of the quality of life of the city's inhabitants. The city as a cultural product, as the result of multiple and diverse historical, economic, political, social and cultural elements, characterizes and shapes the national being as a whole, which in a fragmentary, spontaneous or motivated way, obeys specific historical factors, both national and international.

By 2018 Bogotá is positioned as one of the few cities in Latin America seeking to promote and encourage its creative industries. This book has been designed by educators and is aimed at teachers, recognising that they work at different levels of the education system and considering that they have different and alternative ways of thinking about the same phenomenon, its purpose was to promote reflection based on intrasubjectivity in order to improve management (educational, school and classroom) based on their training and the regulations that have been provided to achieve the participation of the agents involved in education. In this text, the concern for "Teacher intrasubjectivity for an improvement in management" led to the need for an update to identify specific problems, and to solve them an updating strategy was applied based on two axes of reflection that include the awareness of teachers to critically analyse their participation in education and the needs that they experience to achieve teacher intrasubjectivity. In the development of this project, the need for teachers to update their knowledge of management became evident, and above all it was demonstrated that a programme is required.

A country's economic development is jeopardised when the health of its working population is impaired. The enjoyment of the highest attainable standard of health is a human right that can be achieved through personal health expenditure, public expenditure or public policies designed to promote and protect health. The improvement in a country's health could therefore be the result of the weight of its public spending on health and the evolution of its economic growth. Public spending on healthcare has to be kept under control in a restrictive budgetary context. The management of the healthcare system then gives rise to a reflection on the place given by society to health because, under severe budgetary constraints, public decision-makers have to make trade-offs between different areas of expenditure: defence, justice, security, infrastructure, sport, etc. The main aim of this study is to assess the impact of public spending on health on economic growth in the DRC, highlighting its effectiveness.

Water erosion, together with the accelerated development of anthropogenic activities, is one of the main reasons for soil degradation and changes in vegetation cover. Water erosion modelling studies associated with temporal and land use analyses enable us to assess the effects of changes in sediment production, which helps in decision-making. The aim of this work is to analyse the dynamics of sediment in relation to the flow of the Curicuriari River located in the state of Amazonas below the municipality of São Gabriel da Cachoeira.

Banco National Park, with a surface area of 3438.34 ha, is a forest massif stretching between latitudes 5°21' and 5°25' North and between longitudes 4°1' and 4°5' West. The oldest of Côte d'Ivoire's national parks, it is home to the country's only example of psammohygrophilous Turraeanthus africanus and Heisteria parvifolia forest. It's a park of many interests and challenges, both because of its location, entirely embedded in the city of Abidjan, and above all because of its history, rich with numerous discoveries and scientific advances. The forest is particularly rich in fungi, and its mycoflora is highly diversified. However, the mycological flora has been overlooked in the many studies carried out to date. Yet fungi are an important link in the trophic chain. Our study therefore set out to assess the specific composition, functional and structural diversity and establish a dichotomous identification key for the Park's higher fungi genera. The result is a list of 97 species of higher fungi belonging to 38 genera, 25 families and 13 orders.

The Ivorian land and property regime is scattered. This state of affairs is a real handicap to the development of transactions relating to real property rights in a healthy climate conducive to the economic and social development of the population. It considers the Minister's decision not to consider a refusal letter as an administrative act to be irrelevant. Schematically, the Ivorian CE analyzes the refusal letter as an administrative act. This analysis by the CE has lifted the veil on this institution's approach to individual acts. The administrative judge specifies that a simple letter of refusal is an administrative act, and therefore censurable by the juge de l'excès de pouvoir. Faced with such a situation, the administrative judge, without saying so clearly, seems to be proposing an additive solution, bringing a new layer of security to property rights under Ivorian law.

Vinicius de Moraes, besides being recognized worldwide as the greatest lyricist of Bossa Nova, an internationally renowned musical genre, is one of the greatest poets in Brazilian literature. O Caminho Para a Distância, published in 1933, is his literary debut and was praised by important literary critics, such as Octávio de Faria. In this book, we analyze the essential marks of Viniciana's lyric that can be found throughout the author's extensive poetic output, more specifically the manifestation of the sublime, the figuration of the erotic, the romantic confessionalism and the dialogue with traditional poetic forms - always used in dialectical articulation with modernity.

The main objective of this research is to present the process of managing the environmental aspects of a military organisation in the city of Ponta Grossa. This study aims to present the sustainability practices developed by the 3rd Combat Car Regiment, checking the areas of the institution, their environmental aspects and the ways in which they are monitored. In order to achieve this objective, the methodology used was the deductive method with the technique of description to detail the phenomenon observed. The classification of the research was applied, qualitative and exploratory. The procedure used was bibliographical research, to survey the theoretical framework on the subject. The case study technique was also adopted to describe the programme employed by the organisation and the results arising from the process.

The following is a qualitative investigation of constructive and interpretative character of the process of elaboration of the mourning of four divorced people, approached from the field of reality of a scientific investigation and from the psychoanalytical perspective, of authors like, Sigmund Freud, Dorian Leader, Otto Kernberg and Igor Caruso, who allowed to understand the mourning after the loss of an object of love as an event that has some implications in the psychic apparatus of the one who suffers it, However, other cultural variables were also taken into account, since rituals and celebrations reveal many things about a family and its particular ways of relating to and dealing with different situations in life, specifically with the partner.

The margins of manoeuvre of the foreign policies of small states and international cooperation are extremely important theoretical concepts for the international analysis of a state, hence the importance of a study by researchers and academics around the world. This work has been designed in three chapters and merges different historical moments of the concepts analysed, particularly the theoretical term "international cooperation", which is dealt with in two different moments in order to modernise it in the light of new theoretical trends that explain more clearly how we should understand international cooperation today.
