Let's give back to these arts what's theirs, for anything without a conscience is but the ruin of the soul... even art; it's only a matter of time! Yes, poetry is now accessible to all thanks to the advent of Slam action! Yes, the rules of this art form have been lightened to give the word back to humanity! It's undoubtedly just what was needed, since artists had long since definitively reduced others to a bunch of followers condemned to admire, adulate, click, comment and share incessantly, without even thinking about expressing their own poetry... All life is poetry and has the right to be declaimed! This is what free poetry democratizes, but some people have seen in it more than enough: they have also seen in it the freedom to arrogate roles to themselves! Overstepping their original prerogative of sharing emotions, and now claiming to address reason... We had to talk about it. In a world where so much is expected of art, when conscience and decency have given up the ghost! If there is a poetry that addresses reason, an art that is not afraid to be less beautiful while assuming its usefulness, this art and its approach, I wanted to name it Slamosophie.

Breast cancer is a major public health problem, ranking first in terms of cancer incidence and mortality among women in most countries.Certain factors increase the risk of breast cancer: age, obesity, alcohol, a family history of breast cancer and hormonal exposure.Breast cancer screening is currently based on mammography, which is the reference examination, coupled with ultrasound and even dynamic MRI in certain specific indications. In this book, we describe the epidemiology, risk factors and prevention of female breast cancer, based on bibliographic research.

Culturally appropriate childbirth involves the care of the mother and the newborn and aims to incorporate into its practice not only the classic characteristics of care in free position but also a set of actions and attitudes aimed at increasing the access of indigenous and Afro-Ecuadorian communities, peoples and nationalities to institutional childbirth care, as well as other demands coming from diverse social movements that demand humanised childbirth care.

Public education in the department of Huila, at the elementary and middle school levels, is in constant transformation, and its processes are constantly changing, however, it is necessary to recognize that in this transformation, important events are immersed, such as those that constitute Knowledge Management, which, when taken into account, guarantee the continuous improvement of educational institutions, both in their management and in their results.

The face of economic rationality hides the fact that there is no rationality as such, since economic systems reproduce and disappear in the course of history, meaning that there is no permanent rationality as such. The task of discovering and reconstructing the modes of production of the economy through thought is undoubtedly one of the reasons for Economic Anthropology. This task requires knowledge of societies over time and their spatial location, which is therefore diverse and volatile, and not very rational from the point of view of standardisation. Economic Anthropology is therefore a branch of anthropology that studies, analyses and interprets the functioning and evolution of economic systems in their relationship with social and cultural systems, making it one of the most dynamic and controversial areas of contemporary anthropology. The controversy has only just begun, since we are still wondering about its very definition, field of approach, concepts and epistemology. All contributions are welcome, and this work is nothing more than an unfinished reflection in the hope that its readers will continue it.

The articulation of Basic Education focuses on students' learning processes by addressing their specific needs to have better prepared schools and to improve the competences that enable their personal development, as a result of a transformation in today's world, is reflected in the 2011 curriculum and represents a major challenge of continuous improvement with which converge in education and is responsible for a quality education for the 21st century, where learning needs are not the same as before, which is why widely significant adjustments were observed with reference to the previous ones. In this context, the formative approach to assessment becomes a substantive aspect for the improvement of the process at the three basic educational levels.

From a neurobiological perspective, in this paper we address the effects of mother tongue on second language learning. Although there is research in different countries on this problem, few deal with the neurobiological approach, and even less when it comes to Spanish as a mother tongue. For the research, descriptive and experimental literature was collected in order to obtain the necessary data to achieve the objectives; a qualitative meta-analysis of the data obtained was carried out, using correlation tables. The data showed that the acquisition of a second language will always be mediated by the already established schemas of the first language and that there are neurobiological aspects that underlie some interference mechanisms and the acquisition of a second language. Furthermore, we found that the more similar the languages are, the more the underlying neural mechanisms facilitate transfer from one to the other.

The book "Thomist Philosophy: Thought for Current Reflections on Brazilian Justice", by Victória Carvalho Saluan Vieira and Marlene Soares Germano Freire, provides a solid reflection on the contributions of the philosophy of St Thomas Aquinas to understanding the (mis)paths of justice in Brazil. In this sense, the emphasis of the work in question lies on Thomas' philosophical thought, which is embodied in the intrinsic relationship between God and the virtues that should prevail in the life of man. The authors, guided by an eminently interdisciplinary analysis, adopt the concept of justice in the light of the jusphilosophical approach, including general and particular justice, based on the characteristic of virtue to link it to ethics and counter it to the vice of injustice, adopting the Law as their motto.

The solid waste produced by the construction industry causes a great deal of damage to society. These problems are the result of deficiencies in the management of this waste, which also implies its lack of treatment and inadequate disposal, which end up causing environmental, economic and social impacts. Actions aimed at reducing solid waste directly at the source are therefore extremely important. Thus, this study shows how the players involved in the construction industry could use some policies that lead to the non-generation or minimisation, including reuse and recycling, of solid waste from building construction, such as clean production, life cycle analysis, reverse logistics and environmental education. However, a management process that integrates these policies into the system is essential. This is the responsibility of urban management, which alone has the capacity to induce or oblige the use of management methods that advocate prevention, encouraging awareness in society and moving closer to what is known as sustainable construction.

There are several crises in today's world attributed to the absence of authentic leadership that transcends the parameters of the market, simple image or so-called effective communication. Indeed, a re-signification and re-dimensioning is required in the perspective of an inspirational leadership that consults the inner life of the human being, the sense and meaning of personal self-realisation without detriment to social cohesion and transcendence of a cultural nature.

Laguna de la Vega is currently suffering a reduction in both its hydroperiod and its physical space. This paper attempts to identify the cause of these reductions, taking into account the various changes in land use and changes in the environment that have occurred around it. Thus, it also identifies whether the cause of such reduction is natural or anthropogenic, studying several possible causes.

Death, for humans, ceases to be a natural process and becomes a cultural fact that founds diverse social behaviors, generally materialized in funeral rites. But psychic elements are also involved in this process of human death. In the first chapter of this book theoretical elements from anthropology and sociology are collected to explain the concepts of rite, symbol and representation. The second chapter traces the construction of the concept of disavowal in Sigmund Freud's work, up to the concept of disavowal of death. In the third chapter, the subject of death is approached from an anthropological perspective, explaining the different conceptions and representations surrounding the treatment of the corpse, understood as the main element in funeral rites. Finally, the fourth chapter brings together all these elements to explain how funeral rites become the cultural instance in which the denial of death takes place.

The objective pursued is to compare the level of risks linked to the quantity of subsidized services in the structures (health centers) engaged by the Ministry of Health in the Haut-Lomami province during a period of three years from 2019 to 2022; and as specific objectives: analyze all the 22 services of the minimum activity package according to their progress over the 3 years and if the PBF would influence the over-use of services with high weighting and not low weightings. The study being cross-sectional descriptive, we used the technique of documentary analysis (primary and secondary sources) as well as direct observation. As all scientific work must be defined in time and space, this study was carried out over a period of 3 years from 2019 to 2021 in the Haut-Lomami province. After analyzing and interpreting the data, the result is as follows: In relation to the risks of services linked to the quantity: ¿ The year 2019 was more marked by a high risk of overuse of services in the KINDA health zone (14/ 22); in 2020 at the KANIAMA health zone (10/22) and 2021 at the health zone.

In remote communities, electricity is generally generated by diesel generators, as connection to central distribution networks is difficult or expensive. Diesel generators, which require large quantities of fossil fuels to operate, pose serious environmental, social and even economic problems. They contribute to greenhouse gas emissions and global warming. The solution proposed by the scientific community is the use of renewable energies, available free of charge, with a very low pollution rate compared to diesel generators. In this hybrid renewable energy system to power a telecommunications station in a remote area of central Congo, we carried out a feasibility study using HOMER software. Knowing the site's electrical energy requirements and weather data, the study showed that implementing a hybrid system makes a very good compromise between electrical production and load, operational costs, and the study of sensitivity linked to variations in fuel prices.

The book covers the methodologies used to assess the physico-chemical and microbiological aspects of Melipona scutellaris honeys subjected to artificial feeding. The book is divided into chapters that describe the entire process of assessing the quality of honey through physicochemical analyses such as pH, acidity, soluble solids, refractive index, humidity, electrical conductivity, ash and total dissolved solids, as well as microbiological parameters in order to identify the presence of bacteria of the Staphylococcus genus, enteric bacteria, fungi and total bacteria.

The book illustrates the application of balanced performance indicators - the Balanced Scorecard (BSC). It considers not only the financial indicators, but also the performance of the organisation. The case study involves an occupational health organisation, but it can be observed in all areas of the economy. However, highly specialised service sectors such as law, engineering, medicine and the public sector stand out.

The didactic sequence of motivational workshops for writing argumentative texts based on the Quality Standards in Spanish Language is a methodology through which students will learn to argue and write argumentative essays so that they can apply this knowledge in their daily lives and the context that surrounds them. These workshops will allow, finally, to evaluate and recognize if the process carried out in the didactic sequence was effective or not. This proposal takes into account variables such as comprehension, coherence, cohesion (spelling and punctuation), argumentation and argumentative essay. Within the didactic strategy, the skills and creativity of the students were developed with the advice of the researcher. For this purpose, different activities were carried out to include the context of the students and society, which implied more attention from them. The theoretical foundation was based on Dolz, Parra, Perelman, Pérez Grajales, Pérez Abril, Plantin, Weston, the MEN, among others.

This research is aimed at all those who see the fullness of the human condition as a result of the consonance between psychic, organic and environmental aspects, which allows man's reality to be understood from a broader perspective. The work aims to contribute to understanding the interactions present in the learning process, taking into account the bidirectionality that demonstrates the mutual consequences between the individual and the environment. Environmental perceptions are transformed into stimuli and biochemical and physiological changes. To this end, scientific studies will be brought to bear in order to shed light on the phenomena of school practice, such as the role of mediation between teacher and student, interactional processes between peers, joint learning situations and other behaviours pertinent to the processes of development and learning.

Currently there are more economical alternatives to replace fossil fuels used by land vehicles, which can help reduce emissions of polluting gases. As Cynthia Marín (2015) explains, options such as electricity, LPG (Liquefied Petroleum Gas), LNG (Liquefied Natural Gas), LPG (Liquefied Gases at Ambient Temperature) or biofuels are options that in the medium and long term could replace the consumption of fossil fuels in the transportation sector, thus reducing GHG emissions. Regarding the use of LPG as an alternative fuel in land transportation, it is documented that since the 20th century its use has become widespread in countries such as Italy, Algeria, Turkey, Poland, China, India, Australia, Spain, and others. By 2015 the total number of vehicles in the world that were mobilized with LPG amounted to 15,000,000.

The increase in the consumption of energy derived from fossil sources, together with the high emissions of atmospheric pollutants, has caused environmental concerns about global energy security. These concerns have stimulated a worldwide search for new energy sources. Among these options, fatty acid alkyl esters known as biodiesel have emerged as an interesting alternative to petrochemical diesel, due to their characteristics such as: biodegradability, lower toxicity (lower sulphur and aromatic content) and sustainability, as most of the raw materials used in biodiesel synthesis are triglycerides found in oleaginous plants, animal oils and fats. Based on this, the aim of this book was to study the oxidative degradation of methyl esters obtained from pequi oil in natura and after different frying times, evaluating the conversion of triglycerides into esters, induction period, acidity index, specific mass at 20°C, visual aspect and peroxide index.

Law 222 of 1995, which amended Book II of the Code of Commerce, issued a regime of bankruptcy proceedings and other provisions, in the paragraph of Article 148 created the regime of subsidiary liability of the parent or controlling companies, a rule that was repealed by Article 126 of Law 1116 of 2006, which establishes the corporate insolvency regime, in which Article 61 reiterated the provisions concerning such liability. According to the provision contained in article 61 of the mentioned law, it is understood that the subsidiary liability requires the existence of a parent or controlling company, of a subordinate company in insolvency or judicial liquidation and of a causal relationship between the acts of the parent company and the state of insolvency or judicial liquidation of the subordinate company.

Parkinson's Disease is characterised as a neurological disorder caused by the degeneration and death of the nerve cells of the dopamine-producing neurons. It is a degenerative, chronic and progressive disease that causes the loss of neurons in the Central Nervous System. There are many symptoms, including non-specific pain, weakness and fatigue, resting tremors, difficulty moving, muscle stiffness, loss of balance and more. Massage therapy can be used systematically to help reduce muscle tension, improve blood circulation and tissue nutrition, as well as causing physical and mental relaxation. With this in mind, the general aim of this study was to identify the benefits of massage therapy for people with Parkinson's disease, with a view to improving these symptoms.

The text presents a brief history of sports policies in Brazil, highlighting the recent period of the 2000s, mainly with the creation of the Ministry of Sports and the main government actions that in turn brought several advances in programs and projects, as well as the promotion of more participatory and comprehensive policies regarding access to sports and leisure. Finally, the study brings the implications for the state of Ceará, detailing all the actions in the period from 2007 to 2014, understanding the advances and possibilities, in order to strengthen the state's sports memory and leave a legacy of information for future research and studies in the area.

This is why we point out in this essay that North Korea, by defying UN Resolutions, defies the whole world. The reasons for the North Korean government's actions will be discussed in this paper.

The aim of this book is to develop an alternative to better meet the needs of people who need drinking water in their homes. It presents a cylindrical parabolic concentrator. By experimenting with solar energy, we can see that it would be a viable alternative for many people. A solar concentrator is a device that directs the sun's rays towards a certain region of the equipment called the focus. In the proposed parabolic solar concentrator, the focal region is made up of a glass tube made from materials resistant to high temperatures. The methodology developed was validated through its application in the city of João Pessoa, capital of the state of Paraíba, located in north-eastern Brazil. The results obtained from this application, as well as validating the methodology, brought to light important elements for discussing a simple and practical alternative for desalinating water and making it potable and suitable for consumption.

This book consists of two chapters: Chapter 1, analyzes the Equity Impact of the convergence process towards IFRS of the private sector in Colombia and Chapter 2, describes the accounting structure of the Colombian public sector and analyzes the equity impact of the convergence process. The transition is based on Law 1314 of 2019 and its regulatory decrees incorporated in the Sole Regulatory Decrees - DUR 2420 and 2496 of 2015, presenting in the country a profound change in the preparation and presentation of the Financial Statements of private and public sector companies. On the other hand, the new Regulatory Frameworks applied for the public sector, have their legal basis in Article 354 of the Political Constitution and Law 298 of 1996.

The use of technological mediations in the classroom allows the teacher to propose a new methodology implementing activities in which theory and practice merge and demonstrates that the development of competencies in the management of social networks can help educate a society. This text exposes the results of a research elaborated at Gimnasio Moderno Santa Bárbara in which technological instruments (cell phones) were involved with three social networks: Facebook, YouTube and WhatsApp, all under the theories of David Ausubel (Meaningful Learning), Lev Vygotski (Sociocultural Theory) and Reuven Feuerstein (Mediated Learning). The methodology used is qualitative and framed in a case study, it consists of participant observation and focus groups applied to tenth and eleventh grade students of the institution in which an interpretation of the testimonies obtained was made, and it is shown at the end how this tool can help learning from the motivation of students.

The International Budget Partnership is a non-profit organisation concerned with encouraging transparency in federal budgets. Based on the premises of the IMF and the OECD, it has developed the Open Budget Index, with which it is possible to classify countries according to the degree of transparency in their respective budgets. In all its editions, Brazil has never managed to enter the Extensive Sufficient Information group, which receives the highest scores in the ranking in question. Bearing in mind that there is no consensus in the literature on what would be considered a strong or ideal budget, but there is congruence on the relevance of transparency in the public sector, the following aspects of the Brazilian budget process are compared with those of the countries that stood out in the 2015 publication (New Zealand, Sweden, South Africa, Norway and the United States): bodies involved in the budget process; legislation/reports that support the public budget; and stages of the budget cycle.

The present research seeks to evaluate the socioeconomic impact that the microcredits granted in the agricultural sector by the Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito Minga Ltda. have had in the Cajabamba agency during 2016. The impact that microcredit programs have caused within the socioeconomic scenario of a sector or region is undoubtedly a topic that invites research because knowing the growth opportunities that can promote access to financial resources to develop productive activities, could generate increased employment, improved income and, with all this, improve the quality of life of people. A study was carried out with both new and existing members, through pre-designed surveys that were applied to 94 members. Taking into consideration all of the above, a model has been proposed to effectively grant a microcredit in the Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito Minga Ltda., in order to regulate and improve the current existing system for the execution of such procedures and guarantee the satisfaction of the members.
