The following work is a study on penicillium species that contaminate food. Specifically, Penicillium species are determined in corn flour for human consumption in retail centers in the city of Cusco. I am a biologist and teacher of the School of Biology of the Faculty of Sciences of the University of San Antonio Abad del Cusco - Peru.

Severe post-partum haemorrhage (PPH) is a major and preventable cause of maternal mortality in both developed and developing countries.The aim of this work is to study the epidemiological and clinical profile of women requiring surgical treatment for PPH, and to evaluate the different surgical techniques used in this context.This is a descriptive retrospective study of 80 cases of severe PPH requiring surgical treatment collected at the Monastir maternity and neonatology center over a 6-year period (2015-2021).

In this work devoted to ¿Privacy put to the test of digital technology. The risks of the dissemination of intimate images in Congolese and French comparative law", the author analyzes, through direct observation, the phenomenon which is currently breaking records consisting of the publication of images of an intimate nature on certain websites or in social networks. There is evidence that when interacting with technology, people behave differently than when they encounter the ¿real¿ world. These images are first obtained by the consent of the victim, especially in the context of a romantic relationship, and, when the relationship turns sour, the images are released for revenge.The work lists, with a jurisprudential and doctrinal basis, the provisions in Congolese and French criminal law which punish such acts. It is an essential tool for the benefit not only of lawyers, but also of all digital users. Because legislation is decisive for preventing and combating cybercrime, whether perpetrator or victim of cybernetic missteps, everyone benefits.

Land is an irreplaceable and priceless wealth of society. Land is the most important resource of nature, a material condition for human life and activity, a material condition for people's livelihood, the main source of food. In this regard, the organization and rational use of land is the basic condition for the existence and development of any nation. Rational use of lands implies ensuring such use, which takes into account geographical, natural-climatic, landscape and soil characteristics of lands, needs in creating comfortable and safe conditions for residence and life activity of the population in combination with the interests of economically efficient land use, preservation of the integrity of land plots and prevention of their fragmentation, protection of lands and other natural objects, prevention of dangerous negative changes in their condition. One of the means of ensuring rational land use are measures on land management of the territory. At the same time, land management as a socio-economic phenomenon has its own regularities of manifestation, its subject and methods of scientific research.

The main objective of this research is to determine the influence that the multimedia tutorial will have when incorporated in the area of Mathematics, this tutorial is based on Cuadernia and applied to third year high school students of the "Técnico Jambelí" High School. The reference theories used came from scientific journal articles and papers. The methodology used according to Reeves (2014) is for the development of computerized educational materials, therefore, a multimedia tutorial was developed that is intended to be incorporated in the mathematics area of the aforementioned educational institution. By means of the tests applied, satisfactory results were obtained when developing this project, achieving that the students are motivated and interested in the directed classes, thus acquiring a significant learning and encouraging the use of the technological resources offered by ICT.

Value is defined here as "indirectly social labor," i.e., labor recognized as socially useful through the sale of the product. This exclusive criterion leads to the inclusion in the concept of commodity, alongside material goods, of all services (on condition that they are sold). The criterion of indirectly social work calls into question : 1) the traditional distinction between production activities and circulation activities (insofar as there is sale, both activities produce commodities and value) ; 2) the traditional conception of more skilled or more intensive labor (these do not create more value than average labor) ; 3) the traditional conceptions of the "value of labor power" and of the relations between this and the monetary wage. The non-conventional views adopted combine the advantages of rigor and simplicity : on the one hand, they make the theoretical approach more precise and coherent ; on the other hand, some of these views have the additional advantage of simplifying the theory and allowing a much simpler quantification of several basic concepts.

Nowadays, we often see the phenomenon of liquid modernity, as Bauman talks about, in the sense that the ways of relating to each other and especially in the shaping of our own personality, everything becomes superficial.In the school culture, where we also find these features, since it is an important space for shaping the personality, to live the values and especially to form the active citizens that society demands and needs for its development.This unique opportunity to form citizenship is found in the school spaces, in the classrooms, in its corridors, through the main actors in the educational act which are the students themselves, the teachers, directors and everyone who is within these cultures.In this work we will find, some typologies of citizens, some of these more prone to be the ideal of active citizens, others instead show the lack of formation of the person, of values and social competences for life.

The communication of ideas, imagined concepts or lived experiences as a means of graphic representation, requires learning a graphic language that has its own concepts and values. The architectural sketch allows us to use the tools of writing and drawing with ease, to make use of what 'we have at hand' to scribble a concept in a way that allows the imagination to form games of shapes, lights and shadows, materials, objects and textures that can be interpreted as a representation of spaces. This volume presents a sequence of knowledge, through practical exercises; a range of options that can be developed at the pace and taste of each draftsman, from the first drawing of lines to the presentation of a general sketch; exercises explained to understand why an architectural sketch is made and how it could be a better way to work, to start the shape of the idea that will be transformed into a built space.

The accelerated changes in the technological, political, economic, cultural and social fields of humanity have generated transformations in society, which undoubtedly have a direct impact on educational systems. Within this postmodern scenario, a socio-educational reality is immersed, each day more distant from love and happiness, bringing as a consequence the discouragement of the students in the middle of monotonous, routine and schematic learning processes that evidence the dissatisfaction of all those who participate in the process. Therefore, this book offers the opportunity to reflect on the effectiveness of educational processes, based on love and happiness, supported by recreation as a pedagogical trend. In a sequential way, the facts are related from the Venezuelan socio-educational context, developing five phases: diagnosis, planning, execution, evaluation and systematization. With the application of methods, techniques and instruments, the result of the implementation of a range of recreational activities that will be very useful for professionals in the field of education and recreation is presented.

The main objective of this research, entitled "Continuing Education for Pedagogues in the Municipality of Fortaleza: Teachers' Reflections", was to find out whether and how continuing education has contributed to meeting the training needs of classroom teachers, seeking to understand, through the discussions held, the meaning and importance of continuing education for teachers' pedagogical practice. The results showed that, although the professionals are familiar with the concept of training and its importance, they had difficulty associating theory with practice and applying what they learnt in the meetings in their classrooms.

How to develop a wheelchair ecologically friendly, reliable and safe, from recyclable material mainly PVC pipe and rubber from discarded tires, which allows the mobility of disabled people? Through time it has been analyzed that people with disabilities have a limited chance to be part of the active society, the purpose of this work is to make use of technology and innovation to provide support to the mobility of this population. The construction of a wheelchair with recyclable materials that are considered useless or as "garbage" giving it a new use and a different way to take advantage of this type of material. In addition to that generate a cost reduction so that the product is affordable to low-income people.

It is essential that parents and teachers whom parents trust are able to transmit clear values. It is very important that students are taught the meaning of these values. Teachers must know the environment and accept it if they are to help students see these values within it. In all environments the child has the same basic needs for love and security, the right to be a person of worth and to have the opportunity to succeed. Educators should be aware of the different developmental rhythms of each child, so that the child feels comfortable with his or her own developmental capacity. We can also say that teachers can help or hinder the process by which one can find oneself. Their understanding or lack of it, can favor or make the personality that develops and is in the process of manifesting itself. This is why the educator has a lot of responsibility in this very important issue or in this question of the time necessary for one to find oneself.

Water birth is a technique that serves as an alternative way of naturalising childbirth, in which the mother is intended to be more comfortable, relaxed and feel completely confident and harmonious at the moment of giving birth, in addition to the different advantages for both mother and child. The water birth process presents a lower level of pain due to the effect of immersion in warm water, helping the woman to feel relaxed, favouring the production of endogenous oxytocin, avoiding the need to use this hormone synthetically.

Occupational Therapy is one of the professions that works with both healthy and cognitively and functionally impaired elderly people in the different areas of occupational performance. For this reason, the type of relationship and the differences between cognitive level and functionality in instrumental activities of daily living are presented in two groups of elderly people, those who participate in a formal group and those who do not participate in a formal group in the region of Valparaiso, Chile. A considerable difference was observed in the cognitive and functional level in the IADLs, where it was observed that the group that participated in the formal group had a better cognitive and functional performance.

The biodiversity of the Atlantic Rainforest is one of the richest, even though it is one of the most degraded and anthropogenic biomes in the Americas. Its original area is currently between 8 and 10 per cent, making conservation projects and environmental protection areas important. Conservation units protect and conserve the fauna and flora, so that we don't lose this natural wealth, so that we respect, enjoy and value it. This book focuses on the importance of a buffer zone and the knowledge of its existence and how its inhabitants know about its objectives.

The current needs of educational training processes have evolved in such a way that teachers are forced to look for new tools that allow them to generate other didactics inside the classroom, which dynamize the training process, thus generating motivation and student work. This facilitates the teacher's pedagogy by approaching their students with the contents and is also a way to close the technological gap that often occurs in the classroom being a real impediment between the educational actors. This study applied in an educational institution shows the benefits of the use of information and communication technologies within that context, an experience that could be easily applied in another institution of the same type by coupling it to the environment.

In contemporary times the application of didactic strategies in the teaching-learning of the English language is so derisory due to the fact that education worldwide, some teachers do not contribute in terms of creativity, experience and training and innovation among other negative factors. According to this background, it is considered necessary to implement the work innovative teaching strategies in the teaching-learning of the English language. The same that aspires to provide and guarantee practical knowledge that is attached to reality and subjectivity based on creativity and innovation of resources and means through techniques and activities that allow linking the educational community and promote the development of creative and interactive skills. Process in which an individual develops skills and knowledge. The same that does not transcend the limitations of a specific area but rather is an approach to interaction and the conduction of better learning and that puts to discover the creativity of teachers and students.

This book is based on research carried out at the "15 de Outubro" State Elementary School in the Guamá neighbourhood, located in the city of Belém do Pará, Brazil, which aimed to show the process of drawing up the Political-Pedagogical Project (PPP) at the school, considering the process of participation, evaluation, importance and challenges for its implementation. The data was obtained through interviews. The PPP is very important in school organisation and is the guiding principle of any educational institution, as the school would not function without its own identity. In addition, it is necessary for everyone to participate, as this builds a democratic decision-making relationship. Thus, drawing up and implementing the PPP is essential for all schools, as it makes the school more organised and prepared to deal with the implications that will arise during the school year, generating a harvest of fruit in the school life of the entire community involved.

Chronic non-progressive encephalopathy (CNE), also known as cerebral palsy, is a disorder of movement and posture resulting from non-progressive damage to the immature or developing brain, which causes clinical manifestations (BAX et al., 2005). Aquatic physiotherapy is a physiotherapeutic resource that contributes to the treatment of patients with NPC, as it improves balance, motor coordination, temporal and spatial orientation, gait, muscle flexibility and social function. There is a need for studies with a larger number of homogeneous patients, control and experimental groups with statistical significance tests and treatments of choice for improving these aspects in these patients.

Ageing and multiple comorbidities, together with changes in pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics, lead to greater unpredictability and variety in the response to medicines, and the elderly may be more susceptible to the effect of certain drugs. The combination of all these factors contributes to a greater risk of drug-drug and drug-disease interactions and adverse reactions, with consequent negative results for their health. Polypharmacy is a growing problem. Although not exclusive to the geriatric population, polymedication in the elderly presents particular challenges. The scarcity of evidence-based guidelines for the geriatric population, the physiological decline and fragility of this population, the coexistence of multiple morbidities, the existence of multiple prescribers and the increased risk of prescription cascades condition the responses of the elderly to drugs and jeopardise the safety of therapy. This problem forces us to rethink the way society is organised and to design strategies that enable active ageing and promote the well-being and quality of life of the elderly population.

In developing countries, the high cost of synthetic medicines limits the acquisition of drugs to a privileged section of the population. The aim of this study was to carry out a survey of medicinal plants used by families who use the day-care centre system in the municipality of São Bernardo do Campo - SP. Methodologies such as closed questionnaires and participant observation were used to collect the data. The 220 interviewees ranged in age from 15 to 62 and said they used medicinal plants as a family tradition. 86 species belonging to 43 botanical families were found. The community mentioned using the plants mainly to treat respiratory (33 species) and digestive (31 species) diseases. Leaves, bark and branches are the most commonly used plant parts in the form of decoctions and syrups. The data indicates a high diversity of medicinal plants used by this community. Modernisation brings with it new health care options and a certain devaluation of local culture, which will, in the medium term, lead to a decrease in the availability and use of native and spontaneous plants for medicinal purposes.

The aim of this paper is to present a case study of the seven wastes found in the production sector of a metallurgical company. The methodology used in this study was a bibliographical survey on the subject, on-site and in-situ checks of the waste in the production process, the application of questionnaires aimed at providing data on how much the waste influenced and was influenced by the other losses and, finally, an empirical measurement of the production costs of one of the company's most popular products, with the aim of demonstrating that the waste embedded in the process affects the costs of the products and, consequently, their profitability. As a result, this work presents the empirical measurement of costs and waste in each production sector and suggestions for improvement that can be adopted by the company.

The global consumer trend is towards food safety: knowing the history of the food, its origin and production system. Brazil, with the largest commercial cattle herd in the world, is a natural candidate to meet the demands of demanding markets such as the European Community. The Brazilian Bovine and Bubaline Traceability and Certification System (SISBOV), launched in 2002, is the answer to the challenge of conquering these markets. This book analyses the system and the process of applying the system, which requires the regularisation of compulsory records that are not always up to date on farms. The Brazilian system began with requirements "imported" from Europe, but it has been reformulated to meet the real possibilities of producers who demand flexibility and simplicity. The current state of the certification process, difficulties, trends and prospects are analysed, and point to a current scenario in which the system is applied by large exporters, and a future scenario in which the training of small and medium-sized producers allows for greater expansion.

The methodical manual contains material on the technology of creating educational content, which allows to improve ICT-competence of teachers for the introduction of Smart - learning in the system of professional development of teaching staff, as well as the effectiveness of combining pedagogy, teaching methods and technologies in distance learning. The methodological manual is intended for pedagogical staff of professional development institutes, secondary schools and colleges.

Observing the current manifestations of social behaviour, it can be seen that contemporary social relations are being built tenuously, where what reigns is the power that capital exercises over the other, in this context social relations are weakened and man becomes psychically ill, The transitions in ideologies brought about by the change in the civilisation process are gradually contributing to the advance of social compulsions. In this context, a critical look has come to my mind in order to understand how society becomes psychologically ill and suffers. These narcissistic and egocentric constructions are productions of "Social Illnesses". In this process of psychic suffering, this critical work arises that brings the gaze of Social Psychology as the majority assumption for this contemporary social analysis, while the theme is born from the a priori of understanding the influence of society on psychic illness and the reflections of these influences in our sick society.

The exchange of data, questions, analyses and hypotheses between linguistics and the cognitive psychology of language continues to be intense. The way in which psycholinguistics has been conceptualized in its short history, and the way in which the relationships between the two disciplines have been envisaged, has undoubtedly varied, and can be expected to change further. As we have indicated, these relations are nowadays most often established locally, in connection with the resolution of specific questions, and not within the framework of a very general theory of language.Psycholinguistics is the study of the cognitive processes involved in language processing and production. Founded in the 1950s, psycholinguistics draws on many disciplines, including language science, neurology and neurobiology, psychology and cognitive science. Language: is the ability to use a system of linguistic signs for communication and the expression of thought, which is private to humans. Language acquisition is the subject of psycholinguistics.

Inflammatory Bowel Disease usually affects young adults and has a chronic and relapsing clinical course, with an impact on quality of life, particularly in aspects related to health, education, work, social and family life. It is globally considered to be a disabling disease and responsible for a marked reduction in the person's quality of life. Despite the technological advances witnessed in recent years in an attempt to reduce the incidence rates of some chronic diseases, there has been a significant increase with direct and indirect implications for the quality of life of those affected and their families. In this sense, nurses are involved in the dynamisation of innovative activities, seeking to provide creative solutions for dealing with situations of chronic illness, aiming to improve the care provided and making a real difference to the day-to-day life of the person, family and community.

Being construction one of the sectors in which more is invested and that, according to the OECD (Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development), contributes 13% of GDP worldwide, curiously it is also one of the activities that shows lower rates of productivity in the last 25 years according to a study prepared by the McKinsey Global Institute (2017).In different stages of construction, drones and aerial photogrammetry have been implemented as a working tool to achieve higher levels of productivity in field information gathering processes in a faster, more accurate and economical way, in some cases.The purpose of the project developed in this book is to elaborate a 3D digital point cloud model of the Campus of the University of Sonora, Central Regional Unit, and compare it with one elaborated before the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, with the objective of determining if by means of these images it is possible to identify if there were or not affectations to the university infrastructure during that lapse.
