The objective of this study is to characterize the newborn with toxoplasmosis, aiming to identify the means of contamination, exposing the most used exams for diagnosis, providing guidance on hygiene issues, as well as on the need to perform exams, especially prenatal, in order to identify the risks and minimize the consequences of the virus action in contaminated newborns. It was also suggested the creation of a check list to be used in public health programs, so that in this way there is a reduction of government costs with health expenses for children with special needs who will need health care for a long time or for life.

This study describes the value perception of current and potential clients on Human Management and Corporate Culture Consulting services. Using the case study technique, 14 companies were interviewed and a reflection was reached on the strategic value of human management and the reconfiguration to which it is called, following the emergence of new generations of workers, such as the Millennials. The responses of the companies interviewed reveal how the behaviour of this new generation affects the functioning and competitiveness of companies. Hence the opportunity to strengthen the structuring of the corporate human and cultural component.

The following document is focused on presenting the concerto for viola and orchestra Op. 109 by the Colombian composer Guillermo Uribe Holguín, through a new edition of the score, as well as an analysis from different perspectives, such as relevant historical aspects of the composer, the period, and the description of some technical elements of the piece: articulations, fingerings, and bows, necessary to obtain a better interpretative execution, which contributes to the violist's repertoire, and makes known the legacy of our composers. In the course of the research, I have also found it important to refer to the viola school that has been developing in Colombia since the arrival in the country of the violist Gerhard Rothstein (1910-1978), who taught violin and viola to several generations for more than forty years, as well as awakening interest in other Latin American musicians in our composers who are little performed, giving the concerto a place in the violist's repertoire.

Currently, one of the most debated subjects in the school environment is related to indiscipline. This has been a constant and very controversial issue. It is observed that there are many causes and it is difficult to reach a consensus. If the embryo of the problem is not known, it becomes almost impossible to treat it effectively. The phenomenon of indiscipline for many scholars and educators is presented as a big problem with few explanations for the variety of manifestations that the indisciplinary actions have presented. Some authors attribute it to the influence of family, school, teachers and peers as primary factors that lead students to be undisciplined. Many of these indiscipline manifestations in schools in recent times, have provided a range of pedagogical/educational obstacles intervening in the teacher/student relationships. Facing this conjuncture, the difficulty of many teachers in facing indiscipline acts leaves doubts on how to understand and/or repress those involved in these acts, or even if they should ignore them. The use of the Armed Forces in humanitarian operations worldwide is not a new phenomenon. They possess unique capabilities that, together with their command and control structure, increase their participation in disaster response and are generally the first to provide aid. The book addresses the types of employment of military assets in humanitarian responses and presents cases of military action in disasters, suggesting recommendations for greater efficiency in the employment of these assets. With a focus on the Brazilian Armed Forces, the book discusses the doctrinal conception of Brazilian humanitarian aid operations and the Civil Defense risk management and response plan to natural disasters in Brazil. The inductive research also proposes a decision support procedure in planning the employment of the Brazilian Armed Forces in support of Humanitarian Logistics in disaster management. Using the Mariana - MG (2015) disaster scenario, it is inferred that the Brazilian Armed Forces would meet the demand for aid in less time than suggested in the literature, with greater efficiency, efficacy and effectiveness in relation to the humanitarian support provided in the real case.

This paper focuses on the early production of Steve Reich (1936) and investigates his relationship with the aesthetic assumptions of what is understood as minimalism of the 1960s, considering historical aspects and creative procedures along with its theoretical discourses. The pieces Reich composed between 1965 and 1976 are representative of the composer's trajectory, for they present in one pole more radical procedures, originating from his experiments with tape recorders - Come out (1966), Piano phase (1967), Pendulum music (1968) -, and, on the other pole, pieces for large groups and several instruments - Music for mallet instruments, voices and organ (1973) and Music for 18 musicians (1976) - that distance themselves from the aesthetics of "music as a gradual process" as exposed by the composer himself in a homonymous text (1968). In this musical trajectory, historically associated to minimalism, the changes in the methods and compositional procedures employed by Reich raise questions that allow us to problematize this direct relationship between the American composer and the minimalist aesthetic, placing him at the crossroads between modernism and postmodernism.

The present academic contribution constitutes the author's doctoral thesis, which explores the political dimension of the national defense function in Brazil, highlighting its complexity and scope for the political and legal scenarios of organization, preparation and employment of military means, as well as the role of political leaders, public institutions and society in democratic contexts. The research addresses mechanisms of transitional justice in Brazil, from the perspective of constitutionalism, reform of institutions and the position of the Brazilian Supreme Court (STF).

This was an exploratory, descriptive study, with quantitative approach, of bibliographic research type, conducted during the months of December 2015 and January 2016. This study aims to investigate through a reflective process how the constitution of femininity occurs, seeking to understand how the transition from biological processes of the human being to symbolic values occurred. From a Freudian psychoanalytic approach which seeks to remake it, it begins with the animalistic, then the myth about the origin of culture: and finally, the technical foundation based on Freud about the feminine. In elaborating his theory on human sexuality, this author approaches the Oedipus Complex as a fundamental stage for this development, resulting from a complex process. The methodology adopted was of a qualitative bibliographical nature. In short, this research is justified as it contributes to the questions concerning the psychic-sexual character with respect to the transitoriness from the animalistic to the cultural.

Schizophrenia suffered a conceptual metamorphosis, going from an early dementia related to a chronic deterioration of some aspects of the individual to the current definition that speaks of a set of syndromes. To approach the thematic of schizophrenia in Psychiatry and Psychology is extremely different from treating it in psychoanalysis. Schizophrenia in psychoanalysis is presented as a category of psychosis, and the disintegration or separation that occurs in the flow of thought is its substantial phenomenon. This research aimed to conduct a case study of childhood schizophrenia in a Children's Psychosocial Care Centre (CAPSI), in the interior of Paraíba. A descriptive and qualitative research was carried out, using the Drawing-and-Story (D-E) projective test, created by Trinca (1972), and analysing it in the light of the theory of maturation described by the psychoanalyst Winnicott. Through the observations made during the application of the test, as well as from the analysis of the drawings and the verbalized content, it was verified that Maria perceives the external environment as hostile, seeking isolation, rejecting any social relation, having a basic attitude of opposition in relation to the external environment.

The anticipated average sale of coffee and cocoa set up in 2011 by Côte d'Ivoire is a new form of sale which presents itself as the gateway through which anyone wishing to export coffee must pass and /or cocoa from the Ivory Coast. This sale is a distance auction contract. It is carried out through internet channels through the Integrated Coffee and Cocoa Futures Sales System (SIVATC2).This system, called electronic messaging, was set up with the Average Advance Sales Program (PVAM). It combines the two techniques of electronic sales and auctions. This e-mail system used by the Conseil du Café-Cacao marks a break with the past when the marketing of coffee and cocoa was done in a liberalized system.

Anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction has commonly been performed using a technique where the femoral tunnel is drilled or positioned in the posterior half of the native ACL. This results in a vertical graft that may not control the combined movements of anterior tibial translation and internal tibial rotation. This can lead to instability-related symptoms in patients. We describe the technique of anterior cruciate ligament grafting using a third accessory medial anterior approach through which the femoral tunnel is drilled into its correct position.

Between February and June 2017 a study focusing on the production of African giant snails was carried out at the University of Dschang's Ferme d'Application et de Recherche (FAR). The overall aim of the study was to contribute to the implementation of breeding techniques aimed at domesticating the giant African snail. More specifically, the aim was to evaluate the effect of diet on the growth characteristics, meat and shell yield and chemical composition of the meat of captive giant African snails Archachatina marginata. The three diets were as follows: R0 (Control diet consisting of papaya only); R1 (Papaya + powdered marine shellfish); R2 (Concentrated feed containing 12.3% calcium and 17.4% protein). Results showed that the concentrated feed (R2) induced the best results (P¿0.05) for survival rate, weight gain, meat yield and flesh quality.

El interés del presente trabajo es mostrar la importancia del canal crediticio en la transmisión de la política monetaria y conocer el impacto de la política monetaria sobre la actividad económica. En la primera parte del trabajo se presenta una revisión de la literatura teórica sobre las imperfecciones del mercado de crédito y los mecanismos de transmisión de la política monetaria. Una segunda parte expondrá los canales de transmisión de la política monetaria y una última dedicada a la transmisión de la política monetaria en Túnez.

The new regulations governing judo competition have led to a new approach to training, where the focus on physical ability has become more pronounced. Strength is and remains a determining factor in judoka performance, but the technical aspect must not be neglected, as the optimization and efficiency of the technical gesture is the result of a combination of physical ability and technical preparation. So how should we mark out the judoka's progress during the season? And what would be the appropriate choice of methods and means for strength training? The variety and variability of training methods is an anticipated response to this problem, where an analysis of technique is not limited solely to a situation of technical demonstration and partnership, but to pragmatic and effective adversity, hence: competition.

The study of socialisation at work in the informal sector is a key issue for the implementation of strategies favourable to the development of this sector, which is so marginalised in Cameroon. The aim of this research is to determine the factors related to the meaning of work that have an impact on the socialisation of informal sector workers. An investigation of 715 actors in this sector leads to the conclusion that taking into account factors related to the meaning of work such as the perceived usefulness of work, the perceived moral rectitude of work, the perceived autonomy of work, and the importance of relationships generated by work, has a significant impact on their socialisation at work and helps to understand the willingness of these actors to work in a sector that provides no guarantees in terms of social protection for workers in Cameroon, but that this influence is much more pronounced for acceptance of work than for learning about work. These results are discussed and the theoretical and practical implications of the research are set out.

The law of February 11, 2005 - for equal rights and opportunities, participation and citizenship for people with disabilities - reinforced the idea of the universality of schools: all children in the Republic, whether disabled or not, have a right to education. The aim is to put all citizens on an equal footing, and thus to give meaning to the slogan "common base of knowledge". The fact remains, however, that while the objectives are laudable, the human resources are not always forthcoming. What's more, on the ground, the willingness and cohesion of all those involved - around the disabled person - are not yet efficient. The law can do a lot, but it can't solve everything. From the height of my modest experience of accompanying a student and then a pupil, I believe that everyone, in their own place, must do their bit if we are not to be disqualified. This involves educators, teachers, institutions and society as a whole. Saint-Exupéry said that "you can only see well with the eyes of your heart".

In the present book we study the gender variable in economic dependence through disparities perceptible in consumption, labor income and life-cycle deficit profiles on the one hand, and through disaggregated economic support ratios on the other. This enabled us, firstly, to study specifically the level of economic independence of Sub-Saharan African women from an empowerment perspective and, secondly, to estimate the potential and actual contribution of these women to the demographic dividend of their respective countries. Twelve Sub-Saharan African countries were studied, and the analysis revealed significant differences between men and women, with greater or lesser gaps to the disadvantage of women, depending on the country considered. The differences between countries in the economic dependency of women and men at different ages are largely determined by the age at which individuals enter and leave the labor market, and therefore subsequently by the duration of surplus and deficit states in the life cycle.

Abstract Introduction: The obstetric attitude to premature rupture of membranes at term with unfavorable cervical conditions remains controversial. Several studies have demonstrated an increase in maternal and neonatal morbidity with expectancy, whereas immediate active management reduces delivery times and infectious morbidity. Materials and methods: In this study, we sought to compare the efficacy and safety of repeated oral administration of misoprostol with that of intra-vaginal administration. We carried out a prospective randomized trial including 160 patients who met the following criteria: single progressive eutrophic pregnancy in vertex presentation and term 36 weeks of amenorrhea, absence of signs of amniochorionic infection, clear amniotic fluid and bishop score < 6. Results: Once vaginal delivery had been accepted obstetrically, and in the absence of alteration of fetal and maternal well-being, patients were randomized into two groups of equal numbers: In the first group, misoprostol was administered to all.
