We looked at the use of marketing techniques by telecommunications companies in Butembo. Our concern was to know if the use of these techniques produces a positive impact in terms of consumption of the products and services of these companies. After investigation, we found that the more a telecommunication company relies on these marketing techniques, the more its products and services will be consumed. We started from a contrast according to which the Airtel network is the one that experiences the most disturbances. Conversely, it is the one that is most used. Its subscribers reveal that they are hooked to their network because of the bonuses and other advantages they enjoy within the framework of the marketing used by this telecommunication company.

In this work a study based on the density functional theory of the electronic and magnetic properties of the hexagonal multiferroic manganite HoMnO3 was carried out. Calculations were performed with and without the inclusion of spin-orbit interaction using the full potential linearized augmented plane wave method. Electronic exchange and correlation effects were approximated via the generalized gradient approximation (GGA) and the "+U" (or GGA+U) method.

Although meals are primarily a way of satisfying vital needs, they are also a time for sharing and conviviality. Yet, according to the literature, between 13% and 50% of all children suffer from eating difficulties. In children with Autistic Spectrum Disorders (ASD), this percentage varies between 56 and 87%. They are therefore more likely to present dietary peculiarities. Yet there is currently no comprehensive dietary assessment for children with ASD. In view of these theoretical findings, we decided to investigate the influence of making a specific assessment available for the evaluation and subsequent speech therapy rehabilitation of eating disorders in children with ASD.

The Strategy for Attracting Foreign Direct Investment in the Republic of Belarus until 2025 states that the priority of investment policy is the quality of investments, their value for increasing the competitiveness, economic security and stability of the domestic economy. Such areas as high-tech and science-intensive production, logistics, transport and digital infrastructure, the financial sector, the social sphere, as well as the tourism industry are considered to be promising for the attraction of foreign direct investment in the Belarusian economy. In 2021 foreign investors invested about nine billion dollars in the real sector of the Belarusian economy. A significant contribution to the active investment policy is made today by the free economic zones of Belarus, whose residents from January to March 2022 attracted a record volume - a quarter of foreign direct investment on a net basis in the country. As compared to 2021 they increased almost twice and a half times and amounted to 469 million dollars. How Belarus is currently addressing this challenge is discussed in the materials of the proposed study.

Approaching genealogy, under the baton of Nietzsche, subjects us to interpretations and perspectives that make its delineation as a methodology of analysis of ruptures in history, whether moral, institutional or social, a difficult goal to achieve. Thus, this paper includes an analysis of how genealogy is, in essence, a critical practice of the present with a historical horizon. In Nietzsche, we can identify two moments that will accompany this investigation: first, the idea of "using history for life" in the second "Intempestiva", accompanied by what his genealogical project presupposes and how it is in line with the rest of Nietzschean philosophy, around the transmutation of values, nihilism, and the individual; second, that from the conclusions of the previous moment, it is possible to draw conclusions about the role of genealogy as history for life constitutive of the genealogical individual. Contrasting to Nietzsche, his French reception, in Deleuze and Foucault, whose work promoted and brought to contemporaneity the vision of genealogy as a critical practice of the present with historical horizon, as ontology of the present, although far from the end by the author proposed here.

Can managers enable their employees to express their psychological resilience? This is the central question our book seeks to answer. Using an approach rooted in psychological literature, we have examined resilience from the perspective of the individual, while at the same time adapting the concept of the resilience tutor to the context of management, in which the manager takes on the role of activator of his teams' resilience. Our field study revealed common concerns about the difficult-to-probe issue of work-related stress, and also highlighted a lack of appropriate solutions. In view of the needs expressed by managers and our initial motivation to propose an effective solution, we concluded that a digital resilience management tool, proposed by the consultant and piloted by the manager, should be conceptualized.

China, independent and free, is trying to build lasting peace with the outside world and phenomenal economic development, as recommended by Deng Xiaoping in the '78s. This "watchword" was quickly understood and put into practice by China's political players. As part of its action plan, the People's Republic of China explored the African continent, where it established diplomatic relations in order to make "allies", commercial and economic partners. In 1983, the Middle Kingdom established essentially diplomatic relations with Angola, which was experiencing an unprecedented war. The Sino-Angolan relationship was somewhat troubled, as Beijing sold munitions and weapons made in China to Jonas Savimbi's camp, which was fighting against José Eduardo dos Santos' regime. But after the China-Africa summit in 2000 and the end of the civil war in Angola in April 2002, everything had to be rebuilt. And that's when Beijing made a $2 billion loan. China's historic assistance to Angola laid the foundations for a relationship that continued to blossom until 2010.

The main centre of genetic diversity of the genus Passiflora is in tropical America, and Brazil has an immense variety of wild native species. The knowledge of the phenological and morphogronomic characteristics of these species is important for the development of their commercial potential. Therefore, in this study, the objective was to analyze phenological aspects of three wild passion fruit species and the morpho-geographical and molecular characteristics of progenies of Passiflora maliformis L.

A study on quilombola communities and the socio-economic, cultural and environmental importance of babassu (Orbignya phalerata Mart.) extraction in the municipality of Codó-MA, considering that this municipality has as a natural feature the presence of the Cocais Forest in much of its territory, especially babassu. The main goal of this book was to carry out a survey of data on babassu extraction and its role in the socio-economic, environmental and cultural history of the municipality of Codó-MA aiming to enhance actions that lead to sustainable extraction for the extractivist populations, without compromising environmental conditions since, currently, in this municipality, there are many communities that survive directly or indirectly from the extraction of babassu coconuts. A significant number of these communities have started to live solely on this practice, due to the absence of public policies aimed at minimizing unemployment both in rural and urban areas.

I learned that in life we owe everything to our neighbour, because we grow up with our mistakes and especially with the mistakes of others. Before this reflection I could not fail to emphasize the positive influence that my father had and still has on my life with regard to morals and principles. I also learned that we must break some interpersonal barriers to achieve our goals, but we must always ask ourselves: How far do I want to go? Is it worth giving up this for that? Not less important and that also contributed a lot, especially in the absence of my father, my mother who had to learn to be a father and a mother. My wife who always supported and understood me in the moments I most needed and even though she was physically absent all week, because she was also searching for knowledge in a university and working during the day, even with so many problems, she still found time to comfort me. I thank all my friends and colleagues in college, because we lived four years together and friendships were made, few but true, and that is what matters: Friendship, truth, knowledge, morals and principles.

The Republic of Belarus is chairing the Commonwealth of Independent States in 2021. The concept of its presidency provides for the development of coordinated approaches to solving urgent issues of regional cooperation, strengthening multilateral cooperation for a comprehensive and balanced economic and social development of all post-Soviet states. Particular attention is being paid to achieving synergy among members of the Commonwealth in various integration associations and organizations such as the Eurasian Economic Union, the Collective Security Treaty Organization and the Shanghai Cooperation Organization, as well as in bilateral format. Media coverage of this cooperation is also expected to increase. In the sphere of inter-regional and cross-border cooperation we are talking about the development of socio-economic potential of regions, the establishment of direct links between business entities, the formation and implementation of a coordinated regional policy. How are these integration building plans realized in practice? The answer to this question is in the materials of the proposed study.

Anemia brings several consequences to maternal and child health, at different levels of severity, therefore, the maternal nutritional status has been the focus of studies, especially because its inadequacy has a determining role on the health of the pregnant woman and the conceptus. Thus, it is essential that the prenatal care team of women assess the nutritional status related to iron during the pregnancy-puerperal cycle and not only in the first trimester.

Three diets were tested for weight gain in hybrid rabbits. The concentrate diet, the concentrate plus forage diet and the forage-only diet were tested in this work, with the hypothesis that the concentrate diet would result in higher growth rates in the rabbits. To achieve this, it was useful to breed the rabbits. This involved crossing 10 local females with a phenotypically Californian male, from which 36 young rabbits were obtained, forming the sample for this study. Weaned 6 weeks after birth, the rabbits were grouped according to sex and fed different diets. Each diet was fed to a batch of 12 subjects, 6 males and 6 females. To reduce competition, the animals were housed in groups of 3 per cage. At the end of the study, it was found that the concentrate-fed animals showed the highest weight gain, with an average of 1282.9 g more than the mixed diet (1210g) and forage (1015g).

It is therefore essential to understand the functioning and economic structures of the various media available on the Internet for employers and candidates.

The human right to live in an ecologically balanced environment must always be respected, given the historical struggles and achievements that translate into this right now expressly protected in the Constitution of the Federative Republic of Brazil of 1988. Respect for the environment is everyone's duty and can only be achieved by complying with environmental laws and their institutes, and possible environmental setbacks must be analyzed from the Brazilian constitutional system that imposes the duty of ecological balance and the prohibition of setbacks in environmental protection. It is in this sense that we cannot lose sight of the social and environmental function of property and the principle of the prohibition of retrogression in the protection of social and environmental rights, under penalty of always being subject to "crises" and individual wills that are dangerous to life.

The specific aim of the new constitutionalism in Africa, it is said, was to establish strong institutions that would help to root the various countries in democratic practice. This was achieved by establishing and giving pride of place to constitutional councils and courts. In reality, constitutional councils and courts are not only institutions responsible for ensuring compliance with the constitution, in particular by monitoring the constitutionality of laws and ensuring respect for fundamental rights. But beyond this primary function, these institutions have been given the power to regulate and validate presidential elections. But this is without taking into account the fact that, once created, they follow a path determined by their initial logic and become, as it were, independent variables once again. In so doing, they structure subsequent political choices over very long periods, even when they prove to be ill-suited to their environment.

Since the 2003-2004 school year, the Health Technology career in Imaging has been immersed in the educational transformations referred to the improvement of the curricular designs, in particular the programs of the subjects to achieve higher quality in the training of the technician who will improve his preparation to graduate as a Bachelor's degree. The objective of the work was to improve the program of Nursing applied to Imaging. For all these reasons, a transversal qualitative research was carried out in the Faculty of Nursing and Health Technology of the Medical University of Villa Clara, in the Imaging career.

Grief over perinatal death is a grief like grief over the death of an adult loved one. Feelings of guilt, unreality, grief, loneliness and shame, the emotion of anger as well as depressive outbursts are encountered in both types of grief because it is the object of the loss and the relationships that existed with that object that condition the course of the grief and its outcome. However, perinatal bereavement presents traumatic components usually encountered in various other bereavements, such as the unpredictability of the baby's death. In addition, this grief is trapped in its own difficulties. The fact that death occurs in the woman's body in the case of in utero death, the non-recognition of this suffering by society, the evidence of birth tested in the woman, the lack of traces of the deceased, the physical pain of the bereaved women and the concern of the caregivers to preserve the woman's life make the work of perinatal mourning difficult. In order to help bereaved women overcome this grief, caregivers should explain and inform women in time about what is happening to their fetus.

COPD exacerbations are important and serious events that negatively impact the natural history of the disease. They lead to an alteration of the respiratory function with a more marked decline of FEV1, a reduction of the functional capacity to exercise, and a physical deconditioning leading to a sedentary lifestyle. Survival is threatened in the short term but also in the longer term. The management of these events is essential in the acute situation but also throughout the follow-up of the disease in stable state. It is based on an early diagnosis with a precise evaluation of the level of severity of these events, an adequate treatment and a preventive treatment including, in addition to drug therapies, smoking cessation and exercise rehabilitation.

The reality represented today by the increase of morbidity in the Pediatric Progressive Care Units, makes it essential to better prepare the medical team, especially nurses, in order to assume with quality the current challenges demanded by patient care. A descriptive, cross-sectional research was carried out in the Progressive Care Units of the José Luis Miranda Pediatric Teaching Hospital of Villa Clara, during the year 2020, with the objectives of determining the level of knowledge of nurses in relation to the management of the pediatric coma patient according to their professional category, to specify the groups of vulnerable professionals during the diagnosis and to identify the frequency of errors in the answers of the competency test. The universe was represented by 60 nurses and the sample selected by stratified random probability sampling was formed by 42 professionals. A competency test was administered with the consent of those evaluated.

A non-observational quasi-experimental intervention study was carried out with the objective of increasing the knowledge of mothers about the relationship between environmental conditions and the appearance of diarrheal diseases in children under 5 years of age, belonging to the Family Doctor's Office No. 16 of the Frank País García Teaching Polyclinic in Santiago de Cuba, during the period from January 1, 2020 - December 30, 2021. The universe consisted of all mothers of children under 5 years of age belonging to the clinic, for a total of 35 patients. With this intervention, it was possible to raise the mothers' level of knowledge compared to that which existed at the diagnostic stage, thus constituting a very useful tool for the prevention of acute diarrheal diseases in the community.

Strategic cooperation between the Republic of Belarus and the Russian Federation is comprehensive and multidimensional today. In the difficult conditions of the coronavirus pandemic, the parties continue to maintain intensive contacts at the highest and highest levels, various formats of intergovernmental, interparliamentary and interagency interaction, which ensured traditionally high dynamics of bilateral relations. In September 2021 the Council of Ministers of the Union State of Belarus and Russia approved the guidelines for implementation of the provisions of the Treaty on the Union State for 2021-2023 and 28 Union State programs aimed to undertake large-scale tasks to strengthen the Belarusian-Russian integration, to deepen industrial cooperation. At that the parties noted that the direct partnership ties between the regions are becoming an increasingly important factor in strengthening of mutual trust and economic cooperation. This is confirmed by the specific practice of Belarusian-Russian interregional cooperation in 2021, which was implemented in a variety of formats. How it happens in practice is discussed in the materials of the proposed study.

Urbanization has become an inescapable phenomenon in recent decades in Côte d'Ivoire. According to the INS (2014, p.45), the urbanization rate in Côte d'Ivoire rose from 32.1% in 1975 to 45.3% in 1998, then to 50.3% in 2014. According to estimates, this rate will be 57% in 2018 (BNETD. 2015, p.7). This urbanization requires planning and a range of actions to be carried out in order to meet the aspirations of the increasingly growing urban population. Among the needs of this population, the question of access to housing arises acutely, as is the case in the city of Bouaké. Since 2012, Bouaké's remarkable urban dynamics have led to a real housing crisis. Characterized by an imbalance between supply and demand for decent housing, the housing crisis is also reflected in soaring rents and the proliferation of precarious and unhealthy housing. The failure of the sanitation system in these squatter settlements is a factor in the deterioration of the living environment for the people of Bouaké.

For nine years the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Belarus has been carrying out organizational, practical and informational work on the implementation of the cluster model of development in the practice of management and management. The 2025 Programme envisages the formation of 13 clusters in the regions and Minsk: three clusters in the capital and the Vitebsk region; two clusters each in the Brest and Mogilev regions; one cluster each in the Gomel, Grodno and Minsk regions. And in Belarus there is the potential for the creation and development of more than 30 clusters: 8 existing, 6 emerging and 18 potential cluster initiatives. In particular, there are already functioning clusters in the field of biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, petrochemicals, instrumentation and electrical engineering, IT. And in the future - projects for the implementation of smart manufacturing technology, in mechanical engineering, woodworking and furniture production, as well as in construction and agro-ecotourism. There is already an interesting experience of the cluster model, which ensures mutually beneficial integration of science, education, and production business, which gives a synergetic effect for the country as a whole, in the Vitebsk region. How is this task solved in practice? This is discussed in the materials of the proposed study.

The Chinese leadership, in turn, along with building up its own political power, seeks to instill the principle of common economic, financial, military and strategic interests in as many countries as possible, among which the Republic of Belarus occupies a special place, in order to reliably strengthen security at all levels.

"Heritage today", through the thematic stations it suggests, is a stopover at the places and moments where a "historical" linearity - which has geometrised our way of understanding our past - breaks down, in order to reinvent the reflexes by which peoples access culture and civilisation. Monuments, museums, cemeteries, sanctuaries, archives, collections, emblems, commemorations, festivals and anniversaries are all places of memory that ensure that past memories are brought to the surface and constantly staged to reproduce collective meaning.

Cassava (Manihot esculenta Crantz) is grown throughout the country, especially in the North and Northeast, mostly by small farmers. Despite being a crop known for its good adaptability to various soil and climate conditions and good resistance to pests and diseases, the cassava crop has low national average productivity. The present study aimed to evaluate the morphological, culinary and sensory characteristics of different varieties of cassava for table use grown in BarreirasBA. The work was carried out in the Technological Reference Unit and Cassava Matrix, installed in the Experimental Field of the State University of Bahia - UNEB DCH - Campus IX, located in the municipality of Barreiras, Western Bahia region, in the period from December 2020 to August 2021. The experimental design was entirely randomized with varieties of table cassava (BRS Kiriris, BRS Dourada, Nego no Prova, Peixe, Vassoura Preta and BRS 399), with 3 repetitions.
