Roma are accused of neither working nor accepting the offers of employment and training made by formal employment entities. In order to understand the ins and outs of this issue we studied the relationship between Romani individuals, employment and employers in Portugal. Romani individuals registered at the Entre Douro e Vouga Employment and Vocational Training Centre were studied in order to ascertain whether or not these registered individuals obtain answers (or not) for integration into the formal labour market in order to cease being "assisted" by the State. Unemployment is a relatively recent "status" ascribed to Roma and results from that formal relationship with public entities responsible for the management of social and employment policies. This "status" is experienced by Romani individuals with a certain resignation in the face of a society that apparently fails to come up with feasible and achievable proposals. In contemporary societies, professional qualifications and educational levels are essential to the definition of social status. What is the possible valuation for those who cannot enter the labour market, as is the case of Roma people?

The technological developments of the 21st century have radically transformed the way companies are managed. The marketing function and the overall marketing mindset have, for their part, undergone major innovations that have changed not only the way in which products/services are sold or messages are communicated, but also the way in which customers are perceived. The latter becomes a partner of the company instead of a simple buyer/user. It is in this perspective that digital marketing is now imposed on companies, which must integrate it, not as a separate approach to their strategies, but rather as a managerial culture around which all functions and employees must unite. Digital marketing practices are therefore a very appropriate alternative, particularly for SMEs, in order to cope with this highly evolving environment where competition and competitiveness are constantly increasing. It is in this sense that our study attempts to demonstrate the interest of an approach integrating webmarketing practices, particularly within service companies.

The manual outlines the basic concepts of immunology. Reflected information about the organs of the immune system and types of immunity, factors of innate and adaptive immunity, forms of immune response. Modern ideas about the causes of development and pathogenesis of the main immune disorders are covered in detail: immunodeficiency, autoimmune, allergic. Mastering the material presented in the manual allows you to form the skills to assess the immune status of a person necessary for diagnosing immune disorders, as well as the skills to correct the main disorders of the immune system and provide first aid in emergency conditions. The manual reflects modern ideas about immunorehabilitation, prevention of immunodeficiency, autoimmune and allergic diseases, gives modern ideas about the patterns of formation of anti-infective immunity, including post-vaccination.

The extra-linguistic elements are restrictive. Only language has an excellent promotional dynamic for the being through its practice. Therefore, recourse to symbolisation and verbalisation is essential as a factor in awakening and enlivening the spirit. Every language is invented every day through its crossbreeding, its encounters and the exchanges between social actors. Each social sequence is definitely an apostrophe to language, which is tinged with vicinal colours like a chameleon. As much as language creates the ethnic particular, it is also the integrating potential that leads to the universal while remaining a tool of conviviality endowed with the capacity to generate tolerance through socio-cultural relations and reciprocal exchanges. Language is socialisation and insinuates itself into the collective unconscious as the prime of all acquisitions consenting to all learning of value, those behavioural, attitudinal, conceptual later beneficial to life in society.

The criminal trial is subject, as a whole, to the requirements of the fair trial. The ante sentencia in the criminal trial is a phase during which the authorities of the repressive functions gather the materials of the trial and fix the basis of the accusation. The ICC prosecutor conducts the preliminary examination of the situation and, if necessary, opens the investigation, which he or she leads. He appears to be the driving force behind the investigation before the court, and his power to decide on the appropriateness of the prosecution is insufficiently controlled by the pre-trial chamber. The confirmation of charges before the Pre-Trial Chamber is aimed at indictment. It raises questions about the rights of the accused, who will be referred to a trial chamber if the charges are confirmed.

The United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) aims to stabilize greenhouse gas concentrations in the atmosphere at a level that would prevent dangerous anthropogenic interference with the climate system. This stabilization requires a significant increase in the use of renewable energy technologies. In fact, the widespread application of these technologies is the best way to significantly reduce global greenhouse gas emissions over the next century while meeting some of the growing demand for commercial energy. As sustainable energies are inexhaustible and produce little waste, their use seems to be preferable for the sole purpose of fighting against ecological nuisances and environmental degradation. This being said, these energies require legal protection for the protection of the environment. Renewable energies can also be the basis and or source of a sustainable development by contributing to the reduction of greenhouse gases and are seen as a solution to the ecological and social global crisis.

The defence of "common goods" is nowadays a strong demand of many social movements. It includes both the elements that are essential to life - such as water and seeds - and the "public services" that are now being dismantled by neoliberal policies, both in the South and in the North. This struggle consists of opposition to the waves of privatisation that have affected most of the public networks, from railways, electricity, water, transport, telephony, to health and education, but also forests, rivers and land. What was called in England, before capitalism, the commons, was progressively reduced, giving way to an economic system that transformed land and then the whole of reality into commodities, steps necessary for the accumulation of capital, and which has been accentuated today by the hegemony of finance capital.

Allium roseum, is a spontaneous species of the genus Allium and belonging to the family Alliaceae, and are among the species of the Tunisian flora. We proposed in this work to evaluate the antioxidant and antimicrobial activities of the volatile fractions and polar fractions of the different organs (leaves, flowers and bulbs) of Allium roseum var. grandiflorum Briq and to characterize the extracts with interesting activities in order to correlate the chemical composition to the antioxidant and antimicrobial potential and to valorize the bioactive substances offered by the Tunisian biodiversity. The evaluation of the antioxidant power shows that the ethyl acetate fraction of the leaves has an interesting strong antioxidant activity. The analysis by LC-MS showed the richness of this fraction in flavonol. A strong antimicrobial activity was attributed to the volatile fraction, which is even higher than that of Ampicillin. The presence of a major sulphur compound: dimethylthiosulfinate (48.28%), endowed with antibacterial and antifungal activity was demonstrated on the selected strains.

In this book, pragmatics was born within the framework of linguistics and its concept is first used by Morris who defines it as the study of the relationship of signs. Thus, the dominant trend in twentieth century linguistics began with Ferdinand De Saussure's Cours de Linguistique Générale. Thus, in order to characterise pragmatics, it must be situated within the Saussurean dichotomy between language and speech. Thus, the reflection to this problematic will go through each of the following stages of this research: - defining the pragmatic approach of discourse - defining the communicative style of Sarkozy - defining the different forms of discourse.

Human glioblastoma is the most common and aggressive brain tumor. This disease involves several complex physiological processes that involve membrane adhesion receptors, notably integrins. Plants have been at the origin of many active molecules that have shown their effectiveness in the treatment of various cancers. In this work, we proposed to study the anticancer effects of a spontaneous plant: Ecballium elaterium. The interest was given to the anti-adhesive, anti-migratory, anti-proliferative and anti-angiogenic activities. The characterization of the extracts and compounds responsible for these activities was also carried out. The work showed for the first time that the seed oil of Ecballium elaterium and the cucurbitacin B purified from its leaves are endowed with an important anti-tumor activity. These substances act via ¿v¿3, ¿5¿1, and ¿6¿4 integrins in U87 cells and thus represent novel natural agents that target integrins in high-grade gliomas.

The intermediation and qualification of labour in industrial sectors has been a great challenge for public managers. In sectors with low technological development this challenge is even greater. The research is delimited in the Greater ABC region, considered the cradle of industrialization in the city of São Paulo. The clothing sector, the second largest employer in the country, is the focus of the study, analyzing the public policies developed by the seven municipalities that surround the region.

For a long time, criminological research has focused on the perpetrator and the act, thus forgetting an important part of the criminal phenomenon: the victim. Since crime is the reaction of a personality to a given situation, after studying the criminal and the criminal act, the next logical step was to study the victim. The present study does not aim at blaming the victims, but simply at studying their attitude, their behaviour and thus their possible contribution to the crime. It is an etiological study that focuses on the victim's participation in the pre-criminal situation on the one hand, and on the act itself on the other.

Heutzutage ist das Parken von Autos ein großes Problem in überfüllten Städten. Im Grunde genommen gibt es viele Fahrzeuge auf der Straße und nicht genügend Parkraum. Daher ist ein kompetentes Parkmanagementsystem die beste Lösung. Dementsprechend demonstrieren wir ein IoT-basiertes Parksystem, das eine effiziente Nutzung von Parkraum ermöglicht. Um das System zu entwickeln, werden IR-Sensoren zur Überprüfung der Verfügbarkeit von Parkplätzen zusammen mit Servomotoren verwendet, die als Schrankenöffner fungieren. Die Blynk-Plattform wurde für das Design der IOT-Management-GUI verwendet. Dieses System liest die Verfügbarkeit von Parkplätzen und aktualisiert die Daten mit dem Cloud-Server, um die Verfügbarkeit von Parkplätzen online zu überprüfen. Dieses System hilft den Nutzern, die Verfügbarkeit von Parkplätzen online von überall aus zu bestätigen und problemloses Parken zu ermöglichen. Das vorgeschlagene Smart-Parking-System besteht aus einem IoT-Modul, das vor Ort eingesetzt wird, um die Verfügbarkeit jedes einzelnen Parkplatzes zu überwachen und zu signalisieren. Außerdem wird eine mobile Anwendung bereitgestellt, die es dem Endnutzer ermöglicht, die Verfügbarkeit von Parkplätzen zu prüfen und einen entsprechenden Parkplatz zu buchen. In diesem Buch wird auch ein Überblick über die Systemarchitektur gegeben.

Volume II begins with a presentation on the implementation of the National Environmental Action Plan in the presentation section and ends with the report of the twenty-third Conference of the Parties on climate change in the mission report section. It reviews a number of themes in the presentation section, including Implementation of the national action plan for the environment; mathematics and environmental management; management of natural disasters in Congo and several others. In the mission reports section, the reports of missions both inside and outside the country are discussed. The contents vary according to the mission carried out. These are: Rio +5 Forum; Consultative meeting of experts on the draft vision and strategic plan of the network for environment and sustainable development in Africa. The series continues to end with the Dialogue on Zero Deforestation in the African Context and the twenty-third Conference of the Parties to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (COP 23).

Language plays a very important role in human culture and for this it is essential to achieve the proper pronunciation of each of the sounds that include it, hence the need to develop the phonatory motor structures in children of the second cycle. Due to the importance of this, it was necessary to approach essential aspects of the characteristics in the early age, the value attributed in this stage to the independent activity as the main link to enrich their communication through the realization of activities for the correct development of these structures. In order to verify the existing problems, the diagnosis was deepened as a fundamental instrument, to solve the insufficiencies and to reach satisfactory results, the pedagogical alternative was applied that will allow to successfully favor the development of the language of these children. General conclusions, recommendations, an ample bibliography, bibliographical references, as well as a set of annexes are also presented.

Breast cancer is a disease that affects mostly women between 45 and 65 years old, where a lump is produced in the affected breast, because the axillary lymph nodes become inflamed.Risk factors in women are: Early menarche, having a family history of cancer, advanced age, obesity, physical inactivity, starting menopause at an early age, having a poor diet.The present study demonstrates the importance of improving the lifestyle through a vegetarian diet where the reduction of carcinoma is evidenced.

This thesis examined Boni Yayi's leadership as head of state from 2006 to 2016. Driven by a desire to lay the foundations for integral development and to restore the state's "social utility," he exercised generally positive leadership on the institutional and human rights fronts, and significant social advances and diplomatic successes were achieved. But overall, it has not been able to promote the integral development that is its ultimate goal. Thus, it has failed in the fight against corruption, its policy of promoting women and especially its policy of economic emergence. In addition, his regime has left massive unemployment and great poverty. The study identified as factors of failure: authoritarian embodiment of leadership, character deficiencies, including a weak temperance, with a directive style of decision-making characterized by the absence of verification of information and the virtue of foresight, weaknesses in strategic skills. In addition to these factors, there is a poor work climate, management by fear of subordinates through untimely reshuffles, constant dismissals.

The sub-regional quest for peace and security solutions is a major challenge that calls for political commitment and synergy of action. The natural potential of Central Africa has made it a vast field of multiform crises where the economic and ideological interests of the majority of the major powers clash. Therefore, the response can only be effective in a collective manner. This book presents collective security as an imperative for the survival, development and well-being of the populations of the subregion. It is part of the overview of the Republic of Congo's immense sub-regional work, within the framework of this collective vision of security, under the very high leadership of its successive leaders. In this work we wanted to know the particularities of the interreligious circuit that affects the tourist community of the City of Cordoba. The interreligious circuit includes visits and knowledge about the temples that comprise the Cathedral Nuestra Señora de la Asunción, the Mosque Sociedad Arabe Musulmana de Córdoba, the Iglesia Católica Aspostólica Ortodoxa de Antiquía San Jorge, the Sinagoga Centro Israelita de Córdoba and the Templo Evangélico Metodista Espiscopal. In addition, the social impact, the importance of religious tourism for the travel and tourism industry and tourism experiences, as well as new travel and tourism opportunities were analyzed.

Introduction Assessment is of paramount importance in the curriculum. ECOS, Mini-Cex, DOPS represent a new modality of evaluation of the medical students.The objective of our study is the evaluation of the three methods of evaluation of the practical training in the students of the sixth year of medicine during the month of October 2022.Material and method it is a transversal study type CAP realized in the students of the sixth year of medicine having been evaluated in the practical training by ECOS, DOPS, Mini-Cex. The proposed answers were measured by the LIKERT scale and translated into percentages. Questionnaire via google form (https://forms.gle/zhBbnXuRjQkQidou5)Results and discussion:57 students participated in our study. Our study demonstrated that the principles of the mini-CEX/DOPS /ECOS as a tool for assessing clinical skills were well understood and appreciated by the students of the Faculty of Medicine of Tlemcen. Our results remain close to those described in the literature. These three evaluative and formative methods have proven their worth in the evaluation of clinical skills.

As the system is declarative in Cameroon, the State, through the tax administration, is responsible for ensuring that each citizen respects his or her obligation to contribute to the coverage of public expenses. To this end, it controls the declarations made to ensure their sincerity, their accuracy and their actual regularity. However, the controls carried out by the tax authorities must respect a certain number of prerogatives recognized to every taxpayer. It is therefore up to each taxpayer to know his rights during a tax audit.

Although the female elopement is staged in many literary narratives, it has not been the object of a deep critical analysis. Emile Zola and Jean-Marie Gustave Le Clézio address the question of the female elopement respectively in La fortune des Rougon and Poisson d'or. The former situates the journey of the female character in France and the latter traces it between Morocco and the United States, passing through France. Nuruddin Farah, places his story of running away to Somalia in Born of Adam's Coast while in Desert Flower, the novel by Warié who is from the same country as him, tells of his running away to the United Kingdom. Two short stories also catch our attention, "Eveline" and "A Woman and a Half" written by James Joyce and Abdourahman Wabéri respectively. When comparing these stories, what strikes the reader is first of all their great diversity. Nevertheless, there is a common point in this heteroclism. It is the fact of putting in scene a female character in fugue. Through a transversal analysis of the painting of the woman and the act of running away, we try to answer the following question: What does the staging of the female elopement represent?

Cauchemardesque describes the psychological adventure of a person who dreams of being dead. The plot of the novel is then woven around the subsequent "panoramic vision". The latter, in fact, offers the author the opportunity to depict the comicality of ordinary people in a Cameroonian town, in their everyday life. Here and there, scenes of violence remind us of the tragedy of life. The intervention of the unflappable Meta, well aware of her role as wife-mother ascribed to her by the "Beti" tradition, puts an end to this nightmare. For the author, "laughter is a specifically human reaction that is waning. One of the roles of literature is to resurrect laughter.

According to the World Health Organization (WHO), low vision is a clinical problem that affects more people than blindness. There are approximately 285 million visually impaired people in the world; of these, 246 million have low vision. The number of disabled people is increasing every day worldwide, making low vision both a problem and a challenge. Despite technological advances in the field of Ophthalmology, visual rehabilitation is still a very important procedure in patients with low vision, but always taking into account the needs of each individual, to describe the behavior of adults with low vision in a health area, a descriptive cross-sectional study was conducted.

According to research in recent decades, the 'effectiveness of school bodies is influenced by the climate in each body. The director of the 'school unit svogle an important role in the formation of the school climate, since by his conduct and actions he can create an instructional environment in which instructors devote themselves without distraction to their duties for the purpose of the best possible result. According to the legislation of 'education the school director, supervises the instructors, maintains and reinforces their consistency, encourages their initiatives, and gives the positive incentives for the best performance.

Maroua, the regional capital of the Far North of Cameroon, is the hub of several economic activities, both formal and informal. This is the case of sewing; this trade inevitably contributes to the socio-economic development of the populations of this regional metropolis, which is known for the weakness of industrial investments and job creation in this sector of activity. The sewing, which is rather in the informal sector, is considered a boon to a population marked by a standard of living that bathes in a precarious undecided. The proximity of this region in general and of the city in particular to the giant Nigeria, is an asset that facilitates the supply of raw materials. These tailors are now recruited from all social categories (unemployed, civil servants, housewives, migrants).

Benin, like many low- and middle-income countries, is now faced with the double burden of communicable and non-communicable diseases. This situation poses a major threat to the health system which is still under-funded (with a per capita health expenditure of $85), fragmented and under-performing as evidenced by the low utilisation of health services (0.50 new cases/inhabitant/year in Benin in 2014) and poor quality of care. This highlights the need to strengthen and reorganise local health system services (SYLOS) in order to respond not only to the emerging challenge of chronic non-communicable diseases (CNCDs), but also to all the needs of the population in a comprehensive and efficient manner. The objective of this book is to analyse the main problems affecting the organisation of services and the quality of care provided to chronic patients in the Djougou-Copargo-Ouaké (DCO) health zone (ZS) located in the north-west of Benin, in order to find possible solutions to improve their care on the one hand, and to contribute to the reinforcement of SYLOS functionality on the other.

The main objective of this project is to realize various desktop applications through the use of the "Internet of Things" technology under a Windows operating system. These different studies are simulated under the Cisco Packet Tracer tool and the Arduino system coming from the world of the Internet of Things and the Smart City in order to choose the most adequate one, which will allow us to consult and manage the state of the different equipments. This is with the aim of satisfying the customer by providing guaranteed comfort.
