This essay analyzes the issue of state responsibility for climate inaction in the hydrocarbon sector, particularly in the case of methane gas in the Gulf of Kabuno. In view of the State's obligation under Principle 7 of the Rio Declaration and Article 53 of the Constitution, the State's failure to take measures to ensure a healthy environment for all is likely to engage its responsibility. The case under review is a case in point. The State is obliged to respect the precautionary principle, but in this case, the State has failed to act. This inaction is at the root of a loss of eco-anxiety that deserves to be compensated. On the subject of the State's justiciability, we have noted that, despite the mechanisms of ordinary law, the State is under a clear obligation to act to prevent the imminent danger of gas in the Gulf of Kabuno. Secondly, in view of the complexity of environmental law, we noted the need to create a specialized chamber within the administrative courts to deal with this type of issue in accordance with the requirements of the art.

La falsa idea del subsidio is a book that offers an overview of the process of contemporary modification of the rules established in the Law of the Special Tax on Production and Services that have endorsed three different IEPS taxes on fuel and two value-added taxes; it also makes an approximation of the calculation of the components of the price of fuel after the price liberalisation of 2017. The author asserts that the way in which the administrative authorities determine fuel prices and taxes is illegal and unconstitutional, as it violates the principle of double taxation, contrary to the principles of tax certainty, proportionality, legality and constitutionality. The study concludes with a proposal for a simple solution that would seem to be a quick corrective measure to the fiscal situation and problem that we suffer in the country, mainly in the border region, especially because of the price competition with the southern United States.

The subject of Chemistry is taught in the first period of the undergraduate courses of the Faculty of Engineering of the Autonomous University of Yucatan. In this book, five experimental works of undergraduate students of the undergraduate degrees in Engineering are shown. In all the works the freedom of decision and selection of the developed projects is privileged, the development of the experimental projects facilitates the learning to the university student since when relating the learning of the basic sciences of Engineering with the applied Engineering the student maximizes his learning objectives. The contents of this book are: "CONSTRUCTION OF A COMPOSTING SYSTEM FOR DOMESTIC WASTE", "SEMIAUTOMATIC VERMICOMPOSTING SYSTEM", "SOLAR DISTILLATION AS AN EFFICIENT MEANS OF WATER OBTAINING", "WATER HEATER WITH SOLAR ENERGY" and "PAPER RECYCLING BY HOME METHODS". All these works seek the mathematization of Chemistry, which is fundamental in the learning of Engineering. These activities allow the university student to integrate the knowledge learned since they manage all the stages of the project carried out during the course.

The book Tres poetas colombianos contemporáneos: Gustavo Quesada, Julio D. Chaparro, Raúl Gómez - Poesía colombiana contemporánea: tres miradas libertarias. Wisdom, mystery, truth, sets out to recover the literary work of figures who, in their order, are: professor, historian and master in philosophy; journalist, man/tree and celebrant of Nature; actor, playwright and poet, all libertarians, owl-poets and not swan-poets, all three, in their own way, fighters for a better country, Colombia, for everyone and not just for themselves. A critical reflection on Quesada's collections of poems. Sucede el mundo and Cada uno lleva su cuerpo; of Chaparro, a critical study of five collections of his poems collected in De nuevo soy agosto y otros poemas (El Zahir, 2012); of Gómez, a dialogical look at his life/work based on the book/tribute Raúl Gómez Jattin - Entrevistas, evocaciones & 7 poemas inéditos (Letra a Letra, 2018). Of the three of them it can be said that they are, although only Quesada is alive, libertarian beings in a world inhabited by wisdom/mystery and truth, always moving and acting within the turbulent waters of national socio/political realism.

Tunisia, like all countries in the world, is experiencing the second wave of the COVID-19 pandemic, and its healthcare system is under constant stress to contain the influx of patients and reduce the number of deaths. Our study was conducted using a qualitative approach, with the aim of carrying out an in-depth analysis of the relationship of individuals and population groups to the COVID-19 disease in all its dimensions, and in particular that linked to COVID-19 vaccination, among 8 groups selected according to a reasoned choice. Our study was carried out during the month of December 2020, at a time when pharmaceutical firms began announcing the performance of their vaccine candidates in terms of efficacy, in particular, offering humanity prospects of victory over the pandemic. Unfortunately, these announcements generated not only the hope of a final victory, but also a great deal of controversy surrounding the anti-COVID vaccination, its usefulness, its dangers and/or the quality of the published results. Vaccino-hostiles, for their part, went wild to cast doubt on the benefits of such vaccination.

Guillermo Meneses undertakes the culmination of his aesthetic project in his latest novel. He shows the modernisation and consolidation of Caracas as a cosmopolitan city. Acción Nacional was a small Chilean nationalist political grouping that emerged as a result of the frustrated presidential candidacy of Jorge Prat Echaurren in 1964. After the parliamentary elections of 1965, in which the right-wing won a meagre parliamentary representation, it launched a proposal to regroup conservatives, liberals, nationalists and non-Marxist independents into a single political grouping. This qualitative research sought to create spaces for reflection and learning practices that contribute to the civic culture of 10th and 11th grade students of the María Mercedes Carranza School, Bogotá, and to motivate the other areas of the institution, the theme of civic culture, which stimulated collective experiences between students and teachers, developing micro projects, guided by the teacher of the area, with the perspective of forming better citizens.

The arbitration contract is sometimes described as a "myth", a "supposed contract", and sometimes even as "evidence". Furthermore, law is of paramount importance to society, given that it consists of a mechanism for social organization and that it must therefore reflect the historical, social, political, economic and cultural development of the society to which it is addressed, in order to meet the needs and desires of the citizens to whom it is addressed, with the aim of promoting equality and social justice.

The research work offered by the authors provides an overview of the Cuban legal regulation of recent non-agricultural cooperatives. The text includes an exhaustive analysis of current and precedent norms in the national context, as well as drawing on comparative law, given that this institution and its development has vast experience worldwide.

This pedagogical intervention project presents a proposal framed in the writing process with the aim of changing the way people look at writing. It was carried out with the teacher and children of the first grade of the Robert F. Kennedy School and was developed through workshops focused on the main assumptions of constructivism for the teaching-learning process of writing, including the accompaniment provided by the teacher to the children, the teacher as a model of writing, the importance of previous ideas, the influence of the environment, among others.In the same way, the work presents different pedagogical actions that can be carried out for the writing process and from this change the view of this process, understanding it more than a motor act as a communicative act that allows to go to the deepest part of their being, expressing their thoughts, feelings and interests.

The RIES strategy (Breathe, Inhale, Exhale and Sigh), configured from the integration of findings from neuroscience, psychology and education, has been the epistemic basis for writing this book, which proposes a Formative Model of Emotional Self-Management that seeks to improve the mental health of teachers, students and their families. The aim of this work is to reduce the risk of illnesses linked to the quality of the water consumed by the population of South Kivu at Bagira level, using a survey method based on direct and written questionnaires according to the opinion of the respondents. The results show that many people use water from the regideso, but illnesses are caused by the conservation of containers, linked to the environment through air pollution, and to health through the lack of sterilizers and failure to maintain containers.

The present work developed calls for a reflection from Psychoanalysis on the question of what is a mother and her function, and more specifically, in adolescence in relation to the case called Young D. Recognising that a child needs a primordial Other who welcomes him and humanises him in the earliest moments of his existence, an Other who in the right measure will contribute positively or negatively to the psychic constitution of the child. Indeed, maternal desire cannot be anonymous, because if it is not particularised, mother-child experiences can generate havoc.

According to data provided by the Ministry of Education, over time, the detection of SEN in the Chilean school system has increased, which is reflected in the increase and use of various resources (human, economic and pedagogical) to respond to this need. If it is affirmed that the stimulation provided by the family in the first years of life has an impact on the presence of SEN, it can be established that by strengthening this stimulation, the number of students with SEN will decrease and work will be focused on the human person.

This paper considers the essence and historical prerequisites for the development of domestic criminal legislation concerning the institute of causing death by negligence. In this connection, the separate and the most important periods of the occupation of Central Asia, which influenced the formation of criminal legislation of the modern Republic of Uzbekistan, are taken. In particular, the legal analysis of article 102 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan was carried out, the elements of causing death by negligence - object, objective side and subject, subjective side were analyzed. At the same time, the issues of qualification of causing death by negligence, differentiation of this criminal act from related corpus delicti of crimes have been investigated, court practice in criminal cases has been explained. In addition, the foreign experience concerning the criminal-legal assessment of causing death by negligence is studied, the thoughts on actual examples from the criminal practice of foreign countries are explained.

Academicism is the tendency to disregard objectivity, reality and political practice as criteria of truth in order to take refuge in abstract and subjective theorizing, detached from a consistent political practice. Image, Creativity, Action is the result of an artistic research that seeks to address the method of appropriation of the religious and non-religious individual in front of an object of sacred character, which is the Miraculous Medal, by means of its re-construction, with the aim of increasing their reflexive and creative capacities, and likewise to generate spaces of autonomy. This research project has an artistic proposal that seeks to generate not only an active awareness of sacred images, but also of the reality that surrounds us. When will human beings stop treating the medal and other sacred images as amulets? When are we going to go beyond what we see? We have to begin to delve deeper into what we perceive.

The book shows, in a general way, theoretical elements that served as a basis for the search for a solution that would provide an answer to the issue related to the support that the University of Medical Sciences of Villa Clara should give to middle-aged adults and their subjective well-being in the community, an age group of interest because they are involved in diverse and complex tasks related to family, work, social and economic life in the context in which they develop their lives. Based on the experience of 10 years of practical work with groups of stressed, middle-aged women from the community who presented different ailments, from dramatisations, group dynamics and workshops, a rich and varied plan of actions was formed, applied in two neighbourhoods of the city, all of which led the main researcher to the search for the theoretical support that is presented in the book.

Cuba's fauna is similar to that of other islands, with high levels of endemism and a low and skewed taxonomic biodiversity. The pattern of low abundance and high diversity is also evident among invertebrates, which constitute the majority of the island's fauna. In the complex and very peculiar evolutionary process of the Cuban natural fauna, several geographic-ecological factors intervene, from the more or less distant geological past, which can be affirmed to have been essential in the genesis of the general characteristics of this group of wild animals. In the present book the remarkable influence of the multiplicity of the effect of biogeographical borders in the determination of the characteristics of the wild fauna of Cuba is approached.

This paper addresses the problem of hexavalent chromium pollution, the regulatory framework governing the amount of hexavalent chromium in wastewater, the purification technologies commonly used for its removal and the biotechnological options that have emerged in recent decades, including biosorption.Biosorption is a method where materials of biological origin are used to remove pollutants such as metal ions from water.The advantage of this method is that it is an economical, efficient technology for dilute effluents, it generates almost no sewage sludge and it is possible to recover the metal removed. In this research work, the biosorption capacity of hexavalent chromium was evaluated in batch or batch photobioreactors using Scenedemussp. biomass, which is a very common microalgae in freshwater and easy to cultivate.The results presented in this experimental work demonstrate that the biosorption of hexavalent chromium with microalgae for the removal of this pollutant from effluents is an efficient and economical process.

This work is the result of the interdisciplinary practices included in the Integrative Project II module of the Gastronomy course at SENAC PE. Among the beaches, the name of this place was chosen for the elaboration of a gastronomic event based on the concepts of sustainability, from the elaboration of the menus to the choice of products and their full use. Sustainable gastronomy practices have been widely observed in recent years in some regions of Brazil. In addition to being ecologically correct, sustainable cuisine uses natural resources in the sustainable production of its gastronomy and, above all, generates savings for the country.

The Cooperativa de Enseñanza y Servicios Cochabamba Ltda. (CALVERT), lacks a continuous pedagogical training programme for teachers and previous studies on training needs in the cycles and areas of knowledge. This is why the present research analyses all the elements that a training programme should contain in order to enhance the capacities, skills and attitudes of teachers in the performance of their duties and to recognise that professional training and updating has a great impact on the quality of education. In this sense, having carried out the research, a proposal for the implementation of a PROGRAMME OF CONTINUOUS PEDAGOGICAL TRAINING FOR TEACHING STAFF at CALVERT based on the training needs that allows to provide a quality educational service, improve teamwork of teaching staff strengthening knowledge in pedagogical strategies that facilitate the implementation of techniques and methods in education.
