Higher Education and the Nation State

Contains cross-national analyses of policies and policy-processes regarding higher education. This work studies the design, dynamics and outcomes of a variety of policies both at the national and the institutional level. It also includes comparisons that are made within Europe, and between Europe, the United States and Australia.
