Über Iranian Women and Their Social Demands

Constitutionalism is a political-social discourse which was emerged in some Asian countries such as Iran, India, Afghanistan, Egypt, and Japan, based on their familiarization with western cultures, from the year 1905 to the year1915 AD. The emergent year of Iranian constitutionalism was 1906 AD. An emergent which with its establishment became as the most prominent periods of modernism in the history of Iran. In this period, Iranian women, who were deprived from their social benefits and civil rights due to the patriarchal structure and misogynist of Iranian traditional society, take the opportunity and figured their lost social demands and rights out. Iranian Women could achieve some of their social demands such as women¿s right of education from the year 1906 AD (the year of constitutionalism establishment in Iran) to the year 1920 AD (the year of Reza Khan's coup). Historical reviews show that usage of the name ¿sisterhood¿ and the pronoun ¿we¿ have had two applicability among women; first, an emphasis on ¿motherhood¿ role in order to persuade Iranian patriarchal society, and then, wrap some social demands of Iranian women up.
