Last Will and Best Guesses

Last will and best guesses, largely written during the early and ongoing stages of the Covid pandemic (2020-2022), contains the observations, memories, and emotions of an aging Asian American woman coming to terms with the state of the world and her place in it. In the context of the major disruptions during this time -- biological, political, and spiritual -- Jang contemplates vulnerabilities, voices concerns, revisits memories, takes stock of good fortune, and earnestly explores the meanings of it all.
