In the new era of restorative & pediatric dentistry, biomaterials are materials available which can mimic all the physical, mechanical and esthetic properties of dental tissues. But there is still much to learn of the nature, potentiality and behaviour of biomaterials in the interdisciplinary field of dental tissue regeneration. This review presents, in a comprehensive manner, significant benefits & various therapeutic applications of regenerative biomaterials in pulp therapy.
