Perceived Effect of Human Resource Management Practice

The study demonstrations that Training and development and Reward and recognition have a positive relationship with Employee work engagement where as the knowledge sharing behavior have a negative relationship. The above three factors have statistically significant. Responses of the employees show not so satisfied by the way recruitment and selection, training and development, performance appraisal and reward & recognition plus Knowledge sharing behavior practices are carried out as demonstrated by less than average ratings
