I am pleased to be associated with the employees of insurance industry. Insurance is a service. This service meets the society through marketing staff. Employees are the persons who distributed the promises to the society. So these marketing staff needs a sound knowledge towards the basic insurance governing principles. Most employees in the insurance industry have practical knowledge but less in theoretical background.
