Socio-Economic Conditions of Truck Drivers

Truck Driver's life is always full of stress, uncertainty, secluded from society and mostly deprived from family life. This book tries to bring out socio-economic aspect of nomadic life of truck drivers from Sangmeshwar and Lanja, two administrative blocks from Maharashtra state of India. The book is based on the field survey undertaken during February -March 2016. The survey conducted on truck-drivers was a part of a Minor Research Project.
