The Church of Christ in Nations (COCIN) has evolved its mission strategy from rural and urban evangelism to urban areas with insufficient pastors. The book explores the feasibility and effectiveness of professional career ministry in spreading the gospel and establishing churches for COCIN in the 21st century. It addresses research questions on the origins of professional career ministry in the Bible, its relevance in the 21st century, challenges and opportunities of professional career services in COCIN evangelism and mission work, the effectiveness of a professional career ministry in starting churches and gaining adherents, and the development of realistic guidelines and strategies for implementing professional career ministry in the church of Christ in nations.
