Education of the modern days becomes very competitive, most of all parents wants a best academic results from their children. These expectations of parents made education hectic and stressful to the children. For best academic results students spend days more time in school, self-study, tuition classes and completing home works. Due to these all students are not getting time for relaxation and they did not do their interesting work and unable to play game and sports by full of strength, due to this, stress level of the student is increases.
