SYNTHESIS OF OXIDE PHOSPHORS AND PHOTOLUMINESCENCE STUDIES

The overall characterizations of the phosphors lead us to conclude the formation of the phosphor for different applications. However the overall conclusion is the chemistry of the phosphors are yet to be fully understood by various competitional techniques as well as through other characterization techniques. Because of the lack of many other characterization techniques we could do only PL, XRD, FT-IR, SEM and Particle size only. For further research these phosphors can be prepared through different chemical routes and also can be tried in devices like CFL and LEDs.
