The Queen Bee Syndrome and Women Sports Academics

Women who are more present in the social structure and in business life face some obstacles. Studies conducted in the literature to define the obstacles faced by women and to overcome the reasons that create these obstacles have revealed the concepts of glass ceiling and queen bee syndrome. With this book the queen bee syndrome is explained with a focus on women working in higher education institutions in the field of sports.
