The researcher used the descriptive analytical method, and the questionnaire to investigate the Relation Between the Un Clarity and the Decision Making Process in the first care institutions in Gaza Strip. This has been carried out through identifying four dimensions of Un clarity, which are: The expected output un clarity, un clarity of the job description, The problems of the employees¿ manners, and the hierarchy problems, The researcher distributed 220 questionnaires. The number of valid retrieved questionnaires was 201 with a recovery rate of 91.36%. Returned forms were analyzed using the program of Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). The study reached a set of results. Most importantly, the study found that some employee interpret the work requirements depend on their own concepts, that they don¿t oblong on the arriving and departure appointments, and leave the work at the formal work hours, and the participants think that any new duty is beneficial in improving their job experience, but they complain from the lack of explanations from the administration about is decisions and theirs duties, and that the derived feedback from the administration focus on the
