The Rise of European Security Cooperation

A systematic and comprehensive analysis of European security cooperation, which argues that European states have increasingly cooperated in the security realm in order to preserve peace within Europe whilst increasing power abroad. European power is particularly important because of the rise of the United States as the world's only 'superpower'.
