Transients in the Power Industry

The textbook addresses topical issues of the theory of transient processes that arise in the power system and the power supply system both during normal operation (switching on and off loads, power sources, individual circuits, etc.), and in emergency situations (short circuit, open circuit of a loaded circuit or its separate phases, loss of synchronous machine from synchronism, etc.).The textbook is compiled in accordance with the requirements of the curriculum and is intended for students of the specialty 6B07109 "Power Engineering" in the study of the discipline "Transients in the Power Industry" and diploma design.
