The incorporation of educational technology in higher education institutions, specifically in normal schools in the State of Mexico, has gained special relevance in various learning environments. In the particular case of the Escuela Normal de Atlacomulco (ENA) is no exception and in the 2016-2017 school year, work began with an investigation from which emerged a technological tool specifically for the use of digital platforms that serve as support for teachers in their educational work. It is also worth highlighting the importance of the teacher's support for the students during the transition from a totally face-to-face education paradigm to another with the support of an educational platform, it is important to point out that in line with what distance education proposes in general, the b-learning or blended education model is taken up again, where the teacher and students who participated in this research consider that a better organization in the development of a course and the space-time flexibility to carry out academic activities are those characteristics that provide more benefits.
