The thesis examines the validity of agreements in management board contracts, focusing on the limits set by the provisions regarding standard business terms. A central point of concern is whether the measures by which standard business terms are controlled need to be adapted with regards to specifics in Company Law. Following this, the author examines the effects such adaptations have on certain clauses as well as the influence of Labour Law.
