Unser Leitfaden bestand darin, den formalen internen Rahmen für den Umweltschutz im Bergbausektor darzustellen, der auf der Verfassung beruht, die das Recht auf eine gesunde Umwelt und die natürlichen Ressourcen als gemeinsames Erbe der Nation festschreibt, das besonderen Schutz und besondere Aufmerksamkeit verdient. Darüber hinaus lässt die Verfassung dem Gesetz und der Regulierungsbehörde einen Spielraum, um das Recht auf eine gesunde Umwelt weiter zu stärken. Daher war es auch eine Gelegenheit, die Gesetzestexte zu entschlüsseln, die sich mit dem Schutz der Umwelt im Bergbau befassen. Im weiteren Sinne hat sich die Regulierungsbehörde die Aufgabe zu eigen gemacht, die Einhaltung der Umweltschutzbestimmungen durch die am Prozess beteiligten indigenen Völker zu überwachen.Es zeigt sich, dass das kamerunische Bergrecht nicht allein für den Umweltschutz zuständig ist. Nuestro principio rector ha sido presentar el marco formal interno de protección del medio ambiente en el sector minero, teniendo como núcleo la Constitución, que consagra el derecho a un medio ambiente sano y la consideración de los recursos naturales como patrimonio común de la nación que merece especial protección y atención. Además, esta misma Constitución deja margen de maniobra a la ley y a la autoridad reguladora para perseguir la consolidación del derecho a un medio ambiente sano. Por lo tanto, ésta era también una oportunidad para descifrar los textos legislativos relativos a la protección del medio ambiente minero. Por extensión, la autoridad reguladora es responsable de garantizar el cumplimiento de las normas de protección del medio ambiente a las poblaciones indígenas implicadas en el proceso.Está claro que la legislación minera camerunesa no es la única que protege el medio ambiente, ya que también intervienen varios instrumentos externos.

Por outro lado, esta mesma Constituição deixa margem de manobra para que a lei e a entidade reguladora prossigam a consolidação do direito a um ambiente saudável. Assim, esta foi também uma oportunidade para decifrar os textos legislativos envolvidos na proteção do ambiente mineiro. Por extensão, a autoridade reguladora é responsável por garantir o cumprimento das regras de proteção ambiental para as populações indígenas envolvidas no processo.É evidente que o direito mineiro camaronês não é o único a proteger o ambiente, uma vez que estão também envolvidos vários instrumentos externos.

This study made it possible to visualize all the established textual provisions protecting the environment. Our guiding principle has been to present the formal internal framework for environmental protection in the mining sector, headed by the constitution, which enshrines the right to a healthy environment and the consideration of natural resources as a common heritage of the nation deserving special protection and attention. Moreover, this same constitution leaves room for the law and regulatory authorities to pursue the consolidation of the right to a healthy environment. So it was also an opportunity to decipher the legislative texts involved in protecting the mining environment. By extension, the regulatory authority is responsible for ensuring compliance with environmental protection rules for the indigenous populations involved in the process.It is clear that Cameroon's mining law is not alone in protecting the environment, as several external instruments are also involved.

Questo studio ha fornito una panoramica di tutte le disposizioni legali in vigore per la protezione dell'ambiente. Il nostro principio guida è stato quello di presentare il quadro formale interno per la protezione dell'ambiente nel settore minerario, con al centro la Costituzione, che sancisce il diritto a un ambiente sano e la considerazione delle risorse naturali come patrimonio comune della nazione che merita particolare protezione e attenzione. Inoltre, la stessa Costituzione lascia spazio di manovra alla legge e all'autorità di regolamentazione per perseguire il consolidamento del diritto a un ambiente sano. È stata quindi un'occasione per decifrare i testi legislativi relativi alla protezione dell'ambiente minerario. Per estensione, l'autorità di regolamentazione è responsabile del rispetto delle norme di protezione ambientale per le popolazioni indigene coinvolte nel processo.È chiaro che la legge mineraria camerunese non è la sola a proteggere l'ambiente, poiché sono coinvolti anche diversi strumenti esterni.

Sabe-se que ferramentas não são muito utilizadas em empresas de pequeno porte, e há pouca referência bibliográfica quando este é o assunto, logo se tornou importante a realização e publicação deste trabalho.

This book sheds light on structural drivers that led to the Chinese omnipresence in African infrastructure markets and offers a strategic-relational approach to the study of African agency in Sino-African infrastructure encounters. Case studies cover the Tanzania-Zambia Railway Authority (TAZARA), Zambiäs road sector as well as Tanzaniäs Bagamoyo port and Standard Gauge Railway. It is shown that African (state) agency in the infrastructure sector is contingent upon dynamic state-society relations and distinct political-economic contexts and constraints. The book problematises contradictions related to infrastructure debt, the emergence of Sino-African public-private partnerships and the intensifying geopolitics-cum-geoeconomics of infrastructure across Africa.

This book is based on an institutional evolutionary theoretical view to the Göta kanal. Canals were the major transport infrastructure system besides roads and maritime transport until railroads were introduced. The canal studied is the Swedish Göta kanal project during the preparation and construction phase from 1800¿1832. Thus, the Göta kanal, and the canal-era, is seen from a technological, an economic and a political perspective. Comparisons are made with two contemporary major canal-projects; the Erie Canal in the USA (1817¿1825) and the Caledonian Canal in Britain (1804¿1822). It is argued that the Göta kanal project, as Sweden's Mega Project of its time, represented an important development step in Sweden as regards learning and innovation and became a starting point for Swedish transport infrastructure projects in the time to come, primarily the railways.

Le FMI a à sa disposition plusieurs prétextes pour réclamer la dévaluation d¿une monnaie nationale : l¿existence d¿un choc d¿offre, d¿une dette externe, d¿un déficit permanent de la balance des paiements. Il peut lui-même provoquer une fuite des capitaux et une crise bancaire par les rapports qüil émet. Il est aidé en cela par les avertissements des agences de notation qui vont dans le même sens. La crise bancaire au Liban est liée à la sortie des dépôts. Elle conduit à l¿effondrement du taux de change de la livre libanaise dès le moment où le choix a été de renflouer les banques en les empêchant de faire faillite et en émettant une quantité colossale de monnaie.
