This project aims to design an operational control guide, as a result of the analysis of the identification of hazards and assessment of occupational risks in the quarry Agregados y Transportes La Roca S.A. in Mosquera, Cundinamarca. With the aim of preventing accidents and occupational illnesses on the production line. This is in response to the lack of information and documents in the mining and quarrying sector in Colombia. The methodology used was the evaluation of the matrix of legal requirements, with the regulatory parameters governing the mining and quarrying sector, filtered with a focus on occupational health and safety; from there, we proceed to perform the evaluation, assessment and analysis of the matrix, followed by the description of hazards and risk assessment, with the methodological tool proposed by the guide for identification of hazards and risk assessment of the GTC-45 of 2012. Finally, the different controls are determined based on the hierarchy given by ISO 45001 of 2018 to reduce the risks and hazards to which the quarry employees are exposed.

The study of the method of auditory-verbal therapy has worldwide application in the improvement of the processes of language and oral communication; it is estimated that currently 360 million people have a hearing loss, including 32 million children. In many countries, it has established itself as a means or basic learning resource for many professionals such as therapists, special education teachers and people who work in the great world of disability.The problem of the auditory deficit is due to the fact that currently in Ecuador there should be a guide that determines auditory-verbal therapy as a specialised therapeutic method for the development of the child in the acquisition of language, which is the fundamental reason for this research work.

Artificial Intelligence (AI) is a field of computer science that has been constantly evolving and has become increasingly relevant in recent years. Unit 1, "Introduction to Artificial Intelligence", provides an overview of the field of AI and the fundamental concepts underlying it. Unit 2, "Knowledge Representation, Reasoning and Methodological Aspects in Artificial Intelligence", will focus on knowledge representation and reasoning. Unit 3, "Rules and Search", will focus on two fundamental techniques used in AI: rule-based knowledge representation and search. Unit 4, "Applications of Artificial Intelligence such as robotics, neural networks, computer vision, fuzzy logic, natural language processing and expert systems". The authors Rosa Imelda García Chi, María Antonieta Hernández and Ma. Guadalupe Morales Vázquez, are Masters in Information Technology and are professors at the Tecnológico Nacional de México campus Ciudad Valles. They currently work in the Systems and Computing Department.

We study how the passions condition the particular sensible judgement of the cogitative, the faculty that bridges between the sensible and the spiritual, which apprehends the sensible in its reason of convenience or harmfulness, of absolute sensible good or absolute sensible evil. We do so by approaching the treatise on the passions in the Summa Theologica of St. Thomas Aquinas. In order to answer the questions: what do the passions leave in the cognitive, how do they affect it, what happens in the case of diseases of the passions, how to educate them, we analyse each of them according to the order and the way in which our author presents them, and taking into account the contribution of authors who belong to our time and who deepen the teaching of Aquinas.

This research provides the real testimonies of around 20 older women from the rural area of the Province of Chiloé, in the south of Chile. These testimonies have been interpreted from some sociological theories, by means of certain keys that transversalise the discourse of these women from Chiloé, in order to answer the questions: How are the gender differences that are established in rural Chiloé society manifested; where do the greatest gender inequalities occur in rural Chiloé society; what are the effects of these gender inequalities in the lives of rural women from Chiloé; and what are the effects of these gender inequalities in the lives of rural women from Chiloé? The answers to these questions have allowed us to visualise the gender differences that occur in this context, considering that this society maintains, in its social relations, the ancestral traditions, myths and beliefs of a very particular culture given its condition of "social and geographical isolation", which are manifested in practices and beliefs typical of the traditional patriarchal society.

School is the space in which some of the students are slaves to monotony and boredom through the classes they are taught. That is why in this book I emphasize the tasks of the teacher, in addition to acting as guides for students, it is our duty to innovate in each of our classes, to make use of the resources that are within our reach according to the context in which adolescents develop and give them a pedagogical approach in order to improve the educational quality they receive, as well as motivate them to learn the contents that are addressed by making known the usefulness of these in their daily lives, in this way we will contribute to the outside world minds capable of living in society.

We can represent love in psychoanalysis as giving what one does not have; not because it is intended to give in economic terms what the subject does not have but the gain of pleasure the object triggering desire, that Freud evoked it as in the beyond of the pleasure principle, where there is nothing more unusual than a desire in lack in the subject waiting to be fulfilled with the person who is not, seen from the oedipal relationships that engages the subject.

The aim of this article is to show the comparison between State and school policies with regard to the issue of educational inclusion and exclusion. The research started from a qualitative methodological perspective through the construction of school trajectories of children with motor disabilities in primary school. The starting point is the conception of the terms inclusion and exclusion in the educational field, with the contribution of the theoreticians and contrasted with the empirical information of one of the informants. The international and national antecedents of educational inclusion are presented, with the precedent of exclusion, plus the empirical contribution, and finally the section on conclusions.

Andean or Peruvian vision focusing on the impact of Europe on Cuban or Antillean music and its influences on Peru and South America, since there are many false myths and dogmas about the terms "Afro-Latin" or "Afro-Caribbean" music when in truth the African influence was very minimal because Africa only produced primitive music with rudimentary musical instruments, and in truth it was Spain that directly influenced Cuban music and Europe on all the Antilles and all of South America, This approach is important to demystify many lies and false dogmas about Caribbean and South American music that had a strong influence and development in New York and Puerto Rico and from there another new configuration for South America, but many truths were hidden for commercial purposes and that even today commercial, record or business sectors continue to promote only for profit and never for cultural or artistic purposes.

It will soon be six decades since the states of sub-Saharan Africa gained their independence and launched numerous industrialization projects, following the discovery of a large quantity of raw materials, in this case natural resources, a factor in development. But also, many years of human rights violations in the triptych multinationals - populations - natural resources. These violations include land rights, environmental degradation, the right to a healthy environment and the right to health. In order to guarantee compliance with the legal standards that protect human rights, it is imperative that multinationals observe the texts, as the most salient aspect of these violations is that they affect women in particular, who pay a heavy price. However, although the legal framework for the protection of human rights in the face of the activities of multinationals has been defined, various violations persist.

Non-compliance with family care is a problem that persists in many societies. This happens as a result of the irresponsibility of parents and family members in leaving children, pregnant women and the elderly unattended. Family care is a right of children and it is an obligation of parents to provide for all needs. States, societies and families must guarantee and protect these rights enshrined in their Political Constitution of the State, always looking after the interests of children and people who belong to the most vulnerable group within a society. Persistent non-compliance with family assistance violates the right to an adequate life. This restricts various rights such as the right to food, clothing, education and recreation. In order to enforce this obligation, coercive measures, which are established by law, are activated.

Judicial interpretation is the process of applying the law, the concretisation of the general rule, of the whole legal system, to the concrete case, it is the fundamental activity of judicial activity, a category which has been theorised about for several centuries, with the proposals of the mid-20th century being of great influence and validity up to the present day, constituted by the contributions of prominent Latin American, European and North American jus-philosophers, mainly. The book deals with this subject, developing its notions from the following aspects: the importance of the judge's valuative activity from the personal point of view and also those found in its context, consisting of an interpretation based on an ontological conception of Law that is complex, holistic, three-dimensional, overcoming the legalist proposal from the Kelsenian epistemic position. Law is norm plus jurisprudence, social fact and value, even politics, when constitutional interpretation is analysed above all, and this is what this work shows, as well as the impact it has on judicial interpretation.

This book has attempted to answer the question: Is the legislation on money laundering sufficient? In order to respond to this problem, exhaustive research has been carried out on the current legislation in this area, in addition to analysing the scope of this legislation, compared with the principles of classic criminal law. On the other hand, an examination of the jurisprudence in this area has also been carried out, in order to study what the courts of justice have considered relevant when dealing with the different cases that arise in this particular area.

From international law to being internalised in our domestic legal system, the rights of children and adolescents have been strengthened. Thus, they come to be considered as "subjects of rights" and not mere "objects of rights". As a result, the protection granted to them by the legal system has been increased, stipulating that exceptional measures may be requested in certain cases where the rights of children and adolescents may be violated. In this sense, the present research work will analyse the legislation in force, as well as what has been indicated by doctrine and jurisprudence. The aim is to answer the role of the decentralised enforcement body in the administrative/judicial process of an exceptional measure of protection.

This book addresses three crucial issues that have crossed all borders in the world, to the detriment of the human rights of millions of victims: human trafficking, prostitution and the sex trade. This work is aimed at the general public, especially law students and human rights defenders, interested in the study and development of these social phenomena for the better protection and defence of human rights, from the perspective of Mexican legislation, doctrine and jurisprudence. It is a book that presents in a simple, synthetic and congruent manner with the legislation, the essential conceptions of human rights closely linked to the themes of the work, as well as their application in legal practice. It contains some reflections on the challenges that the technological advances of the modern era impose on the Mexican State to deal effectively with these crimes, not without first calling for a reasoned debate on the possibility of considering the activity of prostitution as a legitimate right to work when it is carried out voluntarily and not forced by multiple circumstances.

The importance of the interaction of students with their subjects is fundamental, being this part of their life project, therefore the facility that the internet offers to education is very valuable, for example the pedagogical model of m-learning that consists of "the diffusion of formative contents by means of mobile devices" (Flétscher Bocanegra, & Morales González, 2007, p.4) that acquire the sense of mobility and a direct access of the student to the contents of their subjects. Achieving interaction between ICT and education depends on the ability of each teacher with its proper use, it is daring to make the leap to embrace technologies and break with so many paradigms of education, because with technology you can educate and learn while having fun. The passion to educate is reflected in our service in creating in people a poetic anthro, that is to say, to work for the humanisation of humanity itself, and it is walking and accompanying to carry out the old ideal that we all have, to be happy in a world that is increasingly more human and humanised.

The brief writings that we offer, ten years after the recovery of Public, Free and State Managed Higher Education in Ituzaingó, Corrientes, Arg, invite us to understand that living -working- in a context of diversity "obliges" the parties involved to get to know "the others". The political commitment is to strip the ethnocentric and sociocentric construction of diversity from this dialogic relationship, to promote a critical re-reading of socio-cultural change and the progressive implementation of an inter-cultural, semiological and comprehensive view. Thus, training in Higher Education enables the opening up of worlds of knowledge, know-how and opportunities that promote the improvement of the quality of life of populations. These brief writings are reflections for professionals in training in the construction of a responsible and committed approach to social transformation and the living environment.

The idea of this paper is to provide alternatives to achieve the financial sufficiency of Argentine local authorities.We have tried to provide different solutions to respond to the great diversity of local authorities, which, as we have said, have a great diversity, both from the point of view of their geographical location and the socio-economic context in which they develop.As the Magna Carta states, our country is organised on the basis of a Federal System of Government. This federalism, as Maestro Italiana Victor Uckmar says, if it is not fiscal, it is not federalism.

This work is the result of a Master's thesis in Human Rights and Democratisation at the Universidad Externado-Carlos III de Madrid. In this work, first of all, a legal analysis of the Indigenous Health System as of the Colombian Constitution of 1991 is carried out. Subsequently, I reflect on the legal, social and political context in which a new legal framework emerged in which the country's indigenous peoples have been able to realise their demands for territorial autonomy since the beginning of the 1990s. I then go on to review Decree 1953 of 2014, which attempts to fulfil the historical debt owed to the indigenous peoples and as a first step towards the configuration of the ETIs (Indigenous Territorial Entities). Finally, I make an assessment of the Decree, mentioning its strengths, weaknesses and the challenges that various ethnic communities have begun to generate from the aforementioned norm.

Bearing in mind that the Culture of Peace is based on a series of values, attitudes and behaviours that reject violence from all points of view, and that it is in favour of the prevention of different conflicts by trying to attack their possible causes in order to solve problems through dialogue, conciliation and negotiation between people, it is important to know one of the situations that is currently occurring at school and that significantly affects school coexistence: bullying. The way in which the use of ICT has changed, strengthened or damaged interpersonal relationships cannot be ignored, of course, this depends on the point of view of the teacher, student, parent, victim or victim of cyberbullying. This has caused a change in the way people relate to each other, nowadays people chat more and talk less, it is as if physical contact has lost importance. This investigative book brings us closer to new conclusions based on the law 1732 of 2014 that seeks the transition to peace and a way out of the armed conflict in Colombia as a peaceful resolution to conflicts.

It is an undeserved honour to preface this compendium of "Illustrious Asturian Women" and, even more so, to be included in it alongside widely prestigious and relevant figures from the scientific, artistic, literary and other fields. Its author, Feliciano Robles Blanco, retired, was born in El Torno, in the Jerte Valley, Cáceres, into a humble family linked to livestock farming. A goatherd in his childhood, he did not miss the opportunity to go to Manresa to learn a trade at a relative's house, encouraged by his teachers who saw in him a wasted talent. Once in Catalonia, he combined work and studies, first in Industrial Engineering and then in Educational Sciences. The competitive examinations and love took him to Seville, where he obtained a post as a secondary school teacher and married a woman from Seville, a marriage from which he had two children; curiously, his wife is the daughter of an Asturian woman born in Oviedo. Feliciano Robles was always attracted to the future "because historians are already there to study the past", he himself would say. In the mid-1960s, Spain began to open up to the novelties coming from abroad, and Feliciano was no stranger to them.

The global nature of the environmental issue, its transboundary nature, and hence the common interest that the environment represents for the entire community of states, puts the scope of international sovereignty into perspective. The inherent disharmony between ecological units and state borders means that states have an obligation to ensure that the policies and economic activities carried out within their territorial limits are sustainable and do not cause transboundary environmental damage, or even damage to the global ecosystem. This shared environmental dependence implies international solidarity in the implementation of related obligations. A multitude of actors are legally qualified to intervene Ex ante and Ex post ecological disasters. Taken together, these considerations constitute the legal basis for a right of ecological interference.

He argues that addiction treatment, both in Mexico and in Barcelona, complements a framework of "sacrifice" through which consumers have to go through in order to feel that they deserve recovery and cure. This sacrifice generates a toxic culture that permeates the different instances of assistance, emergency and recovery. Traditional Herbal Medicine, as a healing resource, is becoming increasingly interesting for anthropological research. The research is based on qualitative methodology, given that the meanings of the data obtained in the diversity of methods and techniques used are obtained. These meanings express the diversity of herbal medicines used by the population attending the Belkys Sotomayor Polyclinic in Ciego de Avila as a result of the therapeutic care that the professionals of the polyclinic provide to this population with the aim of resolving the health-disease dilemma. The most notable results point to the systematisation of the studies that have been located on this type of medicine and its use from the perspective of social anthropology, as well as the plan of action aimed at strengthening this practice in the context under investigation.

Only through education can society reach the highest possible standards. For this reason, the closer education is to the ideal, the closer we are to an ideal society. This book compares current education with an idealised education, but it does not seek to criticise education for not being ideal, the main objective is to establish an ideal education and how far the current concepts and elements are from the ideals.

To clearly and accurately display the results of complex Natural Language Processing and Text Mining algorithms in a way that facilitates and accelerates decision making by non-specialized end users in these areas is currently a major challenge from both academic and commercial perspectives. This paper addresses the issue of text visualization, particularly that associated with the results of text mining algorithms, emphasizing the importance of generalization and reuse of the visual components associated with this field. It arises from the need of a software company to have a tool that helps to homogenize the visual representations in common text mining tasks. In this direction, a suite of components for text visualization is presented, designed with the objective of facilitating its reuse by other software applications. The contents of this book should prove very useful for professionals in the field of Data Visualization, Text Mining, Business Intelligence and other related fields.

In the elaboration of cider, an alcoholic fermentation (AF) occurs first, carried out by the yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae, producing the transformation of the sugars in the apple juice into ethanol and carbon dioxide. In addition to AF, malolactic fermentation (MLF) can occur, carried out by lactic acid bacteria (LAB), which produce the transformation of malic acid into lactic acid. Among the LAB present in cider, Oenococcus oeni is the best adapted species and the one that normally performs MLF under the hostile conditions of cider, such as nutrient scarcity, low pH and high ethanol content. While the primary function of food and beverage fermentation is related to increased food safety and shelf life, it has also been associated with providing consumer health benefits. This thesis evaluates the modification of bioactive compounds with potential impact on consumer health during MLF by O. oeni in cider.
