Bladder cancer is a common disease and manifests itself in two forms: low-grade superficial tumor and high-grade invasive neoplasia. A prospective longitudinal descriptive observational study was conducted in the Urology Department of the Arnaldo Milían Castro Hospital from October 2019 to October 2023. The study population consisted of all patients (242) diagnosed with this disease. Bladder cancer affects people older than 70 years of age, male, retired, white, with a family history of bladder cancer. Hematuria was the main symptom and smoking was a risk factor for its presentation. Bilateral hydronephrosis was observed when face, neck and both sides were affected.

This work on the definition of the concept of "Quality Higher Education" stems from an essay conducted in the module in the formation of doctor in "Regency and Educational Policy" at the University of Baja California Norte, Campus Tepic, Nayarit, Mexico.This concept was the subject of study by several expert authors in higher education according to reference sources in the integration of these multidisciplinary works.

Schizophrenia is also an important cause of mental disability but is excluded from most rehabilitation and inclusion programs. The intention of this update is not only to improve the quality of life of patients, their families and their environment, but also to promote inclusion devices, tools and skills for patients, families and mainly the therapeutic team that should promote them.

Myeloproliferative neoplasia are clonal hematological malignancies characterized by excessive proliferation of blood cells. They group together different entities and can be classified according to the presence or absence of BCR-ABL rearrangement. We distinguish between chronic myeloid leukemia, classic BCR-ABL1-negative neoplasia including primary polycythemia; primary myelofibrosis and essential thrombocythemia; chronic neutrophilic leukemia; chronic eosinophilic leukemia (without further specification) and unclassifiable myeloproliferative neoplasia. Pre-eclampsia is a multisystem disorder that affects 2-8% of pregnancies and is a leading cause of maternal and perinatal morbidity and mortality worldwide. Recent research has improved the understanding of the pathogenesis of this potentially life-threatening condition, especially in the treatment aspects. However, despite these advances, therapeutic options remain limited and there are currently no effective pharmacological interventions available. Complications associated with pre-eclampsia can be reduced by using protocols for early treatment of complications using appropriate guidelines. Nitroglycerin patches are very popular and some researchers claim that their use can facilitate external cephalic version, vaginal delivery and manual exploration of the uterus and have proposed their use as a tocolytic. This research investigates, through a quantitative methodology, the political, economic and socio-demographic factors that explain the levels of transparency in the governorates of Colombia's departments. It attempts to identify whether there is a variation in the Departmental Transparency Index (ITD) over the years and by department, and also seeks to explain the causes of these variations by means of socio-demographic, political and economic variables.

This text is the result of a research process in the classroom. Using the research method (Gil, 1993); (Gil and Martínez, 1987); (Gil and Guzmán, 1993), (Porlán, 1998). In the same vein, it was proposed through the qualitative ethnographic approach with a sample of 4 students as novice researchers and the teacher acting as the research director, to develop scientific competences in situations of molecular biology and biotechnology. On the other hand, this experience shows how scientific knowledge can be generated in schools. In this way, scientific literacy is generated and the pupils are also able to formulate hypotheses, control variables, recognise laboratory material, use microscopy techniques, deduce, infer, predict, formulate questions, seek answers to questions and present the results of the process. Finally, the results of the research show: the mastery of conceptual, attitudinal and procedural aspects of science, this text is a possibility for methodological, pedagogical and didactic reflection in pre-university education.

The provision of medical biology consulting services is part of the development of the medicalization of the profession. It covers pre-analytical, analytical and post-analytical processes. The implementation of a well-organized advice policy for the various recipients helps to strengthen the laboratory's involvement in patient care. The aim of this work is to propose guidelines to be followed in order to master the process of providing hemostasis advice.

This research aims to provide innovation with regard to the obligation of means and the obligation of results in doctor-patient contracts, focusing the study on two specific medical procedures, which by their nature and characteristics represent a point of rupture and distinction between the obligations that the medical professional must guarantee, namely: medical-aesthetic procedures when they are performed for cosmetic reasons or merely for beautifying purposes, and when they are performed for corrective purposes. Establishing the nature of the contract that arises prior to a medical treatment is essential for the determination of the liability regime of the medical professional towards his patient, clearly establishing the contractual guidelines and the obligations to which the medical professional is subject.

Lettuce is a vegetable plant that has been well accepted in the diet of consumers all over the world; it is a fundamental part of the freshness of a dish and represents a food of high nutritional value and organic balance. In Mexico, the largest lettuce production is in the months of August and September with more than 400 thousand tonnes per year. One of the best known varieties is iceberg lettuce, which has the main quality of having a crunchy texture and a watery flavour.

I consider that the research question is based on three interrelated perspectives: How does one live and co-live with death? Can an artefact be created that mediates and functions as a source of experience based on the representation of the phenomenon of death? What happens when images that represent and allude to the same subject, namely death, are placed together in the same virtual space? My aim was to try to achieve a polyphonic tetralogue between images, based on this mediating artefact. To achieve different degrees of representation of how we experience death, through the conformation of this visual set of images, in the hope that it will confront the viewer with the body of images. It shows common places of our coexistence with death through the representation of death. It is about the Lacanian problem of the signifier: a signifier never defines absolutely; it only points, and tries to envelop the black hole that is the word, and that finally does not fail to show us the Lack, the Lost Object.

This book had the objective of determining the relationship between the implementation of a mobile application with virtual reality and the promotion of tourism through the visualisation and description of the tourist sites of Iquitos in 2018. The research belongs to the descriptive type and the design was non-experimental Transactional. The population consisted of national and foreign tourists visiting the city of Iquitos, the sample was represented by 50 tourists chosen for convenience.

In the last 20 years the prevalence of obesity has tripled worldwide, Mexico is one of the countries most affected by this problem. Obesity is a multifactorial disease conditioned by genetic, social and environmental factors, however, there are two fundamental conditions that are associated to the presence of this disorder: bad eating habits and sedentary lifestyle. The diet of Mexicans has recently changed, the consumption of sugars and saturated fats is increasing, and people are becoming less and less physically active, conditions that lead individuals to gain weight. People who work in the tianguis are a risk group to develop this disorder, because they remain most of their working day in the same position, without making movements, in addition to working for more than eight hours a day, not having established schedules to eat their food and consuming them in the street.

From the moment we get up in the morning, we are in contact with different materials with which we coexist in our daily lives, such as cleaning products, clothing, food, transport, etc., which we consider to be harmless, but when we observe them carefully, we realise that many of them are not so harmless and that when we use them frequently, we realise that they have become our daily poison.

Analysis of Information Management in a technical educational services company will help you to understand how the proper handling of data should be carried out in the following five stages: acquisition, processing, storage, retrieval and distribution, by applying the methodology of the qualitative approach. The results obtained from the analysis of information management in the technical educational services company indicated that for its acquisition it is channelled through digital media, then it is transformed for a specific purpose and, depending on the needs, it is materialised in different actions such as reports or classes, subsequently, it is stored in databases, virtual folders and, in some cases, physical files, to finally be distributed depending on the process and its requirement.

In 2016, the Environmental Engineering course at the National University of Tres de Febrero launched the "Social Wind Turbine" project. The aim of the project is the design and construction of low-power wind turbines to be installed in low-income communities. Reused materials are used for their construction. As a contribution to the aforementioned project, the aim of this work is the design and construction, at an experimental level, of an electrical energy generation system to be installed in these wind turbines.

For the baby, it prevents gastrointestinal and respiratory problems, obesity, among others. Breastfeeding strengthens the emotional bond between mother and baby. Unfortunately, most mothers do not breastfeed their children for aesthetic reasons, lack of time, among other factors, and some mothers only breastfeed for a short time. The WHO states that the ideal is to breastfeed exclusively until 6 months of age and then start giving fruit and vegetables in the form of porridge. Breastfeeding can continue until 2 years of age.

The true active protagonists of the teaching and learning process, who are none other than the learners, bring new tools into the classroom as digital natives, which must be used collaboratively to build knowledge.
