Post-End-of-History Perspectives«: Following a conference in Aachen, this anthology focuses on legal perspectives on and political and social backgrounds of the Russian attack against Ukraine. The chapters cover a wide range of issues such as a public international law analysis by a former ECHR-judge and a report on the ICC-investigations. The book includes an English-written chapter that suggests a new approach towards stabilized de-facto regimes.
